So much fun
Beautiful home with so much fun at every turn! Really nice movie theater (excellent surround sound and easy to use) and pool. Quiet neighborhood, close to Disney. Everything in working order in the home. Couldn't have had a better more fun time for our big family gathering!! There were a few hiccups along the way, and the owner was very communicative and helpful. Couldn't quite figure out the hot tub, but message the owner and I'm sure they'll address it.

Happily Ever After
There were 18 of us ranging from 6 months to 76 years. We had a wonderful time. Lots of things for the children to do in the home. They enjoyed the swimming pool. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels for the pool. Lots of family fun for all.

It was a fairytale!
Loved the Jabbas the hit house!! The themed rooms are Better than a Disney resort if you ask me, and I’m a Disney snob! First time ever renting on Vrbo I usually stay at the Polynesian or Beach club but we Traveled with kids/ infant/ grandparents so we needed more space. And boy did this house deliver! Super close to Disney and there was plenty of room and fun costumes for all sizes! The princess themed rooms are jaw dropping gorgeous my teen daughters loved them. And my young boys had a blast with the Star Wars theater and Harry Potter night bus / pirate ship rooms. No one wanted to leave lol! JanaLynn is super friendly and helpful should you have a question and house was spotless and had anything you could possibly need in The kitchen. Can’t wait to see her next Happily Ever playhouse!! Thanks again for a magical stay :)

Amazing House
This was an amazing place to stay. We have children from age 2-21 and everyone enjoyed themselves and had something to do. Jana was an amazing host and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. All of the kids from big to small enjoyed playing dress up in the amazing costumes. The house was immaculate and had everything you could think of to make vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Honestly, we could’ve spent more time at the house and less at the actual theme parks as it was just as big of a hit with the kids. We will most definitely be staying at their properties in the future.

Better than a Disney Resort !!!
This home was absolutely amazing. We were absolutely blown away. We went to 2 different parks while we were there but honestly we could have stayed there the entire time and had just as much fun. So many things from the costumes to dress up in to the movie room,game systems and the pool!The kitchen is amazing as well everything you could possibly need including a crock pot and the Disney themed waffle makers were a big hit with the grandchildren! There was 17 of us and not one person was bored and it was so big no one was on top of each other! And the cleanliness amazing!Also if you want to spend a day at the beach everything you need is there including a cart to haul all the stuff done to the beach!!! I highly recommend anyone to stay here!Better than the Disney resorts by far!!! We definitely will stay again and have told all of our friends!

Nice Stay
We enjoyed our stay at your home. It was easy to get to all of the attractions. It was a big park hopping trip so we spent very little time in the home, but when we did, it was enjoyed by all. Only glitch was sporadic wifi.

Hi Chuck! You were the best guests, I thank you for your patience with the WIFI! I found that one of the WIFI extender wires on our fancy hard-wired ethernet system was plugged into the wrong port (past guests may have fiddled with it?). Unbelievable
Happily Ever After was awesome for our group of 14 for a tournament at the convention center. The boys loved the game room for chill out time after games. The pool was just perfect to chill of in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The king beds were so comfortable and allowed for great sleep. This house is over the top and you will not regret your decision to stay here. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and volleyball net were a plus. We would definitely consider staying here again next year.

AMAZING
This is the first time where the pictures (which were beautiful) didn’t do the property justice. The property was even better in person! Super clean and the attention to detail with theming was unbelievable. My girls stayed in different bedrooms throughout the stay. The movie theater was an excellent way to unwind after a tiring park day. The pool was immaculate but I would suggest a chaise lounge to kick your feet up. The beds were super comfortable! The dress up costume were a nice added touch! Would DEFINITELY book again! See you next summer!

We enjoyed this property very much. JanaLynn was attentive and responded promptly when small things came up. Our group enjoyed the fact that it was so close to the Disney parks that those who wanted to could come back for a rest and it only took minutes (even in traffic). The home it family friendly and comfortable. We would definitely come here again. Loved it!

We were happily ever after
This home had everything and more. It was close to all the attractions as well as shopping. It was very clean. The pool was such a bonus. We had a small group, so everyone had their own bathroom, which was also a plus. There was so much room in the home, whether you wanted privacy or wanted to hang with the group. I wound recommend this home to everyone and will certainly come back if we are planning a trip in the Orlando area.

BEST DISNEY EXPERIENCE EVER
this house was insane!!! there was so much thought out into each little detail of furniture and the rooms are just the coolest. my kids were overjoyed when they saw each bedroom and the movie theatre. way better than a disney hotel experience. outside is even cooler. the backyard is huge and there’s a giant patio and the pool and spa were nice and clean when we arrived. i liked that there was a fence made of bushes to give the backyard more privacy. the carriage was gorgeous, and so was the fountain. everything lit up when it got dark. janalynn was extremely kind and had great communication. she was very helpful and answered every question i asked. the house was thoroughly clean when my family arrived and everything was in perfect shape. the neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were also nice. my kids didn’t even want to go anywhere because they loved the house so much! 10/10 experience and could not recommend it more to stay at this incredible disney home!

Got blamed for a dog we did not have then owner apologized. Hot tub and pool lights not working. Hot tub fixed 4 days after check in. Pool lights fixed night before we left. It was then operated through an app that we did not get access too.

I am sincerely sorry for the disappointments during your trip, and refunded money to you, according to our satisfaction guarantee. The pool lights were working the whole time you were there: the timer in the living room has always controlled the pool and spa lights, and the new button added closer to the pool is for your convenience.

Making core memories
We stayed at this house for our family vacation trip to Disney and it did not disappoint! All the kids had a blast with the costumes and toys and the adults enjoyed the relaxing time spent by the pool and in the theater. We had an issue with the pool temp being very warm at the beginning of our trip but the owner was easy to reach and had it fixed within 24 hours! Definitely would recommend this property and would rebook!

Such a great experience! The house was ready early to accommodate our early flight arrival and the host was very quick and helpful when we communicated with her. Better than advertised, if possible! Such a spacious dwelling…would be great for large groups!

The House Beat The Mouse 😊
My 9yo twin girls said the house was their favorite part of Disney and we did 3/4 parks. They loved the theatre and their Rapunzel room!! The costumes were also a HUGE hit for our entire group. Thank you for being a part of our memories and we look forward to visiting your other property next time!

Wonderful (big) family home and location for Disney!
We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and well appointed, the pool was warm, the rooms were AMAZING, there were plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms to accommodate our large party, the home theater was spectacular (thanks for clear instructions), the kids had so much fun dressing up in the costumes and playing with the toys, and you can’t beat the location for the Disney parks and for other necessities (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants). No complaints from us! We would definitely stay here again.

Everyone, ages 3-70, enjoyed this Disney Themed Home! Everything we needed for meals, entertainment, and a beach day, was provided by this owner. The house location was quiet. The pool area, and backyard are a relaxing oasis! The location was convenient to airport, grocery stores, and Disney World. This home has everything, for everyone from costumes, to video games and movies. All 17 of us found the beds to be very comfortable! The owner and property manager were excellent. They communicated and responded immediately, with the few situations that came up. An excellent stay, creating fond memories forever!

Great Place for Kids
Our grandkids loved this place. From playing games in the theater room to dressing up as just about any character you can imagine. The pool was the icing on the cake. It was nice to have all of our family in one place versus separate hotel rooms!

Perfect house for large family going to Disney and universal
House is unbelievably maintained and was perfectly equipped for our large family gathering of 15 people. Every room in the house is individually themed whether it be Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney Princess or Moana to name a few. It was just as much fun to stay at the house as it was to visit the parks. Swimming pool, theater room, Plat Station 4 etc. There was not a detail missing in the way the house was equipped for our larger group

Disney Magic
We rented this house for a family trip to Disney and it did not disappoint! All the kids (from ages 2-13) LOVED the decor and details, as did the adults. It was a quick and easy drive to the parks, and the neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. We were extremely appreciative of the no pets policy, as one of us suffers from severe asthma and allergies, and often time finding truly pet free rentals can be hard. The host was INCREDIBLY kind. We had one minor issue with the dishwasher, and the property manager came out and fixed it immediately, reloaded the dishes and ran the dishwasher, and we came home from the parks to clean dishes before I even realized they had responded to my message! I would absolutely recommend this property for your future vacation! I wish we could go back just to spend some extra time playing at the house and enjoying all the magical details!

JanaLynn and property AMAZING!!!!!
The property is just the perfect getaway for anyone!!! Inside and out no detail was spared. Themed rooms for everyone and a heavenly oasis around the pool and in the back yard. Just Perfect!!! JanaLynn went beyond and above to help our family during a very trying time while were there. Don’t Forget to Dress Up
Amazing place visually!! Themes all over!! I wish the hot tub was actually hot though and be careful at night, the neighbors complain about noise. More than enough rooms. Great experience!!

Oh, no! I'm sad to hear that you didn't have the hot tub heated hot...I wish you would have contacted me about that, as I wouldn't have known that the valve for the spa needed to be replaced! I was checking out the pool a couple of weeks ago, and noticed the spa wasn't working properly, and had our pool company replace it the same day I learned that something was amiss. The spa heats to 104 degrees! And yes, the neighbors were frustrated that, according to them, at 1 AM your group was still making a lot of noise around the pool area. We haven't had a complaint from our neighbors around this home in years, until your group. Just a head's up for you, that you may have been louder than you realized. Thank you for the great review, I'm happy to hear that you had a great time.

Perfect house
The attention to detail on this house was amazing. Costumes for the kids, every room was themed and decorated with the most insane detail. I was blown away. It was like Disney made this house. We had so much room, we had a couple of families and we all had beds and space it was more then enough and so wonderful. Right down the road from Disney! And Walmart was 3 minutes away which was perfect with a bunch of kiddos!

Best part of our Trip
This property "wowed" our family and was the highlight of our Disney vacation. The attention to details in theming the rooms and costumes were incredible. We loved that our children, ages 4-15 were able to dress up as princesses, pirates, wizards and any Star Wars you could imagine. The theater was so comfortable and fun for the kids, we absolutely loved the pool and backyard and the kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances and utensils to make cooking for a large family very convenient. The bedrooms were truly gorgeous, with great care going into the details of bringing each story to life. For five days, my moody teenagers were able to just relax and be kids with their young cousins....thanks to being in this fairy tale house!! We just loved it.

Perfect for Extended Family Vacation!
Such a beautiful property with all the amenities! All 19 of us were very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. The kids, ages 16 down to 6 months, had lots of fun. The dress up attire, the pool/hot tub, the movie/game room...every space was perfectly themed, clean, and ready for our enjoyment! Thank you so much! Would definitely book again if in the area! Fairytale getaway
Our family had a great vacation….the house was like staying in a Fairytale. Each bedroom was decorated in a theme and had dress up clothes and toys to match each theme. The grandkids really loved the Princess room with all the Princess dresses and shoes…they cried when we had to leave. The adults even enjoyed all of it. I would highly recommend this house and if we go back to Disney we will stay here again. The house was very clean and had everything would would need. They even had baby beds, strollers, baby seats it covers all ages! Thank you we all LOVED it and will rent again!!!!!!!!

Family Christmas in Florida
The property is amazing. Kitchen has all the gadgets you need to prepare meals. Pool and hot tub are clean and cared for. Big plus that cost of heating them isn't extra.. If you wanted to grill that wasn't an extra cost either. The decor and costumes in the home are like being on a movie set. The movie theater is super cool. Instructions are clear on how to set up for movies or play video games. Meet the neighbors and they were very kind. Night time lighting was a big plus for the yard and pool area since it get dark early in the winter. We could still use the pool and hot tub but most of all the pumpkin carriage in the yard lights up and could get fantastic pictures there. Talked to property owner by text and phone. She was very helpful and pleasant. She answered in reasonable time. We were pleasantly surprised that there were a few Christmas decorations in the home. Was such a nice touch to have around the holidays.

Convenience and clean

The property is beautiful, have an amazing decorations, the level of detail is incredible, the theater/game room super confortable with great surround system and many games. This place was just amazing, however the pictures on line make the place look much bigger than it actually is, but still a fantastic place to stay. The adults and children had fun with the dress up clothes and toys to play with. The dishes in the kitchen were a little dirty, had to wash them before we used them. But I will say the decorating they had set up was just amazing

Yes, in real estate photography, a wide angle lens is always used to capture as much of the room as possible, but there is always some distortion that makes a room feel deeper than it is...it's true of any professional photography of a home, whether a vacation rental, hotel, etc... For future reference, please call whenever you have issues! If guests put some dishes away that were not perfectly clean, housekeeping would have come and washed all your dishes again for you! We appreciate the five star review, and love to help guests during the stay if something isn't quite right. We want a perfect experience for each guest!!!

Magical Stay!
Took my large family here for a trip to Disney. The house truly was magical! All the children from 3 to 14 found a room that made them light up! Host was very communicative and available if the need arised. Would recommend for large families or groups.
