Esta hermosa villa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños está ubicada en la comunidad extremadamente popular de Hampton Lakes, ubicada en la autopista 27 en Davenport, a solo 15 minutos de los parques de Disney.

Hampton Lakes en sí ofrece áreas de picnic, canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto, áreas de juegos para niños y una piscina comunitaria.

Tiene 2 salas de estar y comedor en la villa con televisores en cada habitación y un dormitorio principal con un gran baño en suite.

Además del dormitorio principal, tiene un par de habitaciones dobles para los niños y una habitación de matrimonio.

La piscina privada es una excelente manera de relajarse al final del día en los parques o pasar el día chapoteando con la familia bajo el cálido sol de Florida. Para los meses más fríos, esta piscina también tiene la opción adicional de calentarse para que nunca se pierda tener su propia piscina para relajarse.

Con la villa viene wifi gratuito y llamadas gratuitas en todo Estados Unidos, Canadá y Puerto Rico.

Propreté

La location de cette propriété était simple et la communication était bonne avec la personne responsable. Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. Par contre, au niveau de la propreté, nous étions déçus. Tous les cadres de fenêtres ainsi que les meubles étaient TRÈS poussiéreux.

Need a good clean up

The interior of the house need a good clean up, carpet dirty and wall need a good paint job, also the pool is in terrible shape need repair have to add water every second days. The garage is full of uses furniture BBQ is disgusting. To bad because the location is very quiet and nice neighbourhood.

I think this place was amazing but it needs a deep cleaning. Needs new wash rags for the bathrooms 2 isn’t enough and the 2 there are not the best at all. The pool needed cleaned which I did when I got there. My mother in law also stated the front bedroom needs a new bed it wasn’t comfortable at all.

Great place to stay!

Stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed the home from day 1! The pictures do not do it justice. Much larger than expected. Great location to Disney and Universal Studios. Recommend for sure!

Disney vacation

We loved the property which was clean and roomy. Had something on the kitchen sink break and they were there within a couple hours and fixed it. We enjoyed the pool as well. I do think the couch needs to be replaced or recovered but other than that everything was perfect and would stay in this location again.

Felt right at home!

We stayed for 2 weeks to see what it is like to "live in FL" while we make our future move decisions and this property was exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was wonderful. The house had more than enough supplies left for us to accommodate a full 2 week stay. It was very clean on the inside. The pool area we could tell was not cleaned up properly because of a few leftover dishes outside but that really was the only issue. Inside was great and overall was a great stay!

Great time overall!

From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. The house was beautiful and better than we expected. The pictures don’t quite do it justice when it comes to space. Our only complaint was the router for the internet died the first day we were there so we were without internet/tv the whole week. This just made us change plans to do more outside activities. Thank you again for the lovely time!

Great Vacation Home

We really enjoyed this rental property because it was very clean and it was in a very nice quiet and private area. The owner’s made sure everything was in the home that a guest would need. Hampton 7 day stay

We hav rented 7 VRBO properties in Euope and the States in the past 4 years. The Hampon property met our expectations. The only problem was that there was a management company involved, which was not identified on the VRBO website. Not having experienced this before, led to conerns that were later resoved. The grandchildren, 6 and 10, loved the heated pull. Our family members were staying at the Swan at Disney and they came over for supper. The kitchen and dinning areas accomodated all 10 people comfortably. The bathrooms and laundry equipment worked as expected. It was a pleasant stay in Orlando.

Needs to be painted inside.

Property is looking tired. Main walls need some paint. I enjoyed the appliances, pool . Mattress on bed in double room is very noisy. Single rooms were fine. Master suite nice, but again noisy mattress and headboard not attached to the bed. Power went out in master bathroom and in one twin bedroom. Caretaker did his best but it took almost 4 days to get an electrician. So no power for those days in master bath that has no windows. I am not complaining, just making you aware. Thank you.
