This house was very comfortable for our family of 19. We had several minor issues and the property management company responded and handled very quickly. We were concerned about parking however, there was plenty of parking for 6 cars. The only complaint/suggestion is the towels. There were no kitchen towels at all. We ended up buying some so we could dry dishes/hands and wipe surfaces. Also, the bathroom towels were very basic/standard and not the best. Also, each person is allotted 1 bath towel, 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. There were no extra linens or towels. Overall it was a great house and we all enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and the few minor issues we had were taken care of immediately by management. Cleaning staff prior to our arrival left some trash around but it is a big house so probably hard to clean every inch

Responsive hosts

The home was very clean and very nice. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive to any issue. The clarity of the check in process could be improved, as it required a lot of extra time to get completed. The advertised ‘spa’ never got hot enough to be called a ‘spa’. It was a lukewarm tub at best and the pool was absolutely freezing. We found out after a phone call to the management that a heated pool was an extra cost. This should be made much clearer to the renter. They did give us complimentary ‘heat’ for the remainder of our trip, but the renters should be able to set their own temperature and schedule for it. While the kitchen layout was amazing for large groups with ample appliances, there were no coffee filters for the coffee machine nor any coffee. Expecting guests for a place of this cost and caliber to provide such things is very disappointing, especially for late arrivals who can’t necessarily rectify the situation before the morning. If these issues could be addressed, this truly would have been a 6 star experience. The staff we dealt with were patient kind and very responsive.

Fun, roomy and responsive!

This property was excellent! Everything was just as pictured. When we arrived the air wasn’t cooling the top floor properly, but they were very responsive and had it fixed within a few hours and had great follow up. We had all the room we needed and loved the big table where our whole group could have meals together.

Great Place To Stay

We had a group of 13 Girl Scouts and 6 Chaperones. The property was great for us. We had enough bedrooms for the girls to each pick their own space and adult to each get their own room too. We didn’t have a lot of down time due to lots of park days- but the girls loved the pool, arcade, and other house amenities. There were even a few times we had girls ask if they could go back to the house early rather than stay at the parks.

Great place!

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family! It was clean and close to Disney World plus it was very spacious! I think my grandkids enjoyed hanging out at the pool as much as going to Disney World! We would highly recommend this place!

family staycation

I’ve stayed at a lot of short term rentals. This was by far the best experience. The house was very large and spacious. There was enough for the kids to do to keep them occupied. Everything was so comfortable and cozy (beds, couches, chairs). Loved the treehouse, it was cooler in person. Anything we needed, the responses were answered quick and prompted. Any problems were quickly addressed. Cable was not working properly but they told be before hand and tried to get it fixed as quickly as possible. One thing that wasn’t great was the internet connection. Due to public connection it was spotty. I loved the check in and check out screen. I would absolutely stay here again even though I live 30 minutes away.

Family Vacation Summer 2023

The house was fine. There are some small things that could be added. hooks on the back of the bathroom doors for robes. The air conditioner does that work well in the first-floor bedrooms. This property does not have access to the club house or water park in the resort. I like the neighborhood but would rent a house with access to the amenities. I missed that on the listing

Family vacation

We started searching for a vacation rental 5 months ago. When we saw this property we knew this was it! There were more than 20 of us. The rooms were perfect and had a pool. Great location! Would highly recommend!

Great place

Stayed with 5 families for a week long trip. The house was huge, although could have been stocked with a little more essentials (extra bath towels, kitchen essentials) and a bit better cleaned from the last visitors. We had a great time and if we ever plan a trip back to Disney we would definitely look into staying again.

Work Retreat
