Host texted the day of arrival to say the property had a water pressure issue, and was no longer available. A comparable property was offered in substitution. We arrived at 7 p.m. to find the unit was already occupied by another party. So, if you're wondering if they change the door codes between rentals, they don't. No alternative was offered that evening. We found a last-minute hotel. While we were refunded a portion of our payment, we had to call VRBO for the stay tax and service fee, as well as a third-party company for the insurance coverage. We still do not have refunds on these portions. Rent with someone else.
