Physical and indoor air quality safety issue
Service was terrible and not timely, couldn't get in the unit for the first hour, no wifi for 22 hours and the unit is located in a Verizon dead spot, back sliding screen door was ripped out of the frame, back sliding door had damage all over it from being previously pried open, the security bar on back sliding door was also broken from a previous forced entry and not repaired. Anyone could break in the back door. There was a plumbing leak that wasn't repaired and not shown in VRBO pictures, water marks on the living room ceiling, and visible mold on the drywall at 2 locations where there were holes in the drywall from water damage. The unit was not cleaned, but they still charge a cleaning fee. The HVAC system was filthy and visible in the living room. We left for security, mold, and indoor air quality deficiencies. We provided pictures and documentation of all listed issues to Evolve, the property manger, and they refused to refund even though we didn't stay. No where to sumbit pictures on this site or I would.
