I highly recommend this house. We hosted our three children and eight grandchildren (ages 3-19) to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and it worked out great. Plenty of room for all and the house was big enough to accommodate all very comfortably. The pool was a great place to gather after spending the day at the parks and the house was nicely equipped to cook and barbecue. The community pool, lazy river and water park was an awesome feature that we all enjoyed several times during our stay. Management responded immediately to one issue that we had with the pool and resolved it quickly. Location of the house was great with restaurants, Walmart and Publix nearby. Would for sure stay here again.

Movie Magic House

The Movie Magic House was everything we expected and more! The bedrooms were fun and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could have wanted to make meals in.We had arranged for the pool to be heated and when we arrived, it was not. Kyle was there and had it corrected within the hour!Everything was just perfect for our family vacation!

Would stay again

The house was great, but the communication with the hosts was outstanding and is why I would stay there again. There was an issue with the pool one day (the pool guy left a valve open after cleaning and the hot tub would drain when we turned the jets on to heat it) and they responded right away and had someone come by hours later to fix the issue. They were always quick to respond and happy to help. We also really loved having access to the resort amenities! Only thing worth noting is that we had a couple of Uber drivers turn away at the gate and cancel our pick-up's because they stated they couldn't get into the gated community, despite us sending them a message in advance letting them know how to get in. This was not at the fault of the property, or us, as we provided them with the information they needed, but just something you might want to know about if you book as it seems to be an issue on Ubers side of things.

Enjoyed our multi-generational stay

With 4 generations under one roof, we made wonderful memories in this home. Plenty of room, located well and just as pictured. Questions were answered quickly. We encountered problems trying to get into community but that's not the homeowners responsibility. We highly recommend this property.

A few problems including a hurricane

This rental property is a good choice for a large group with children. We had a few problems, such as a pool heater that was not working upon arrival, but the property manager, Kyle, was very responsive and good to work with. The three star rating is not due to the house but to our situation of deciding to leave prior to Hurricane Milton. As it turns out, the property survived with only minor damage.

Something for Everyone's Imagination

Well thought out theme rooms that were loved by the youngest to the oldest family member. We had plenty of room for all 18 of us, everything we needed was there, the movie room and rhe pool were the two locations that we loved the most.

Beautiful themed house. Larger than it appears.

This house has awesome themed rooms. It felt larger than the pictures showed it to be. We loved having our own pool with hot tub. It even had a grill that wasn't listed in the amentities so that was a plus. It held 21 of us without feeling cramped at all.

We were a group of 4 families with children aged 1 - 17. Our visit was the week after Thanksgiving. I rent houses a few times a year here in the US and abroad. This is a house I'd rent again. What we loved: The downstairs 3rd bedroom doubles as a movie room with a fridge. Our teens loved having their own space. The younger kids LOVED the pirate ship room with the built in slide. I appreciated that the stairs were carpeted for the littles as they went up and down the stairs. The location is a little bit of a walk to the water park but very easy and the neighbor felt very safe. I found the rental agency very responsive to our questions. Check in with a code. Trash picked up daily. The location for the parks was so much easier than places we stayed at south west of there. It felt like everything was just 20 minutes away without the huge traffic you find around Davenport/Championsgate. The pool was small, but that's the norm for these places and we loved that it was on the water so it felt much more private than some places. We might have lucked out, but noise was never an issue and parking was simple enough. There are spots for two cars (a little tight) in the driveway, but street parking was always easy to find. We had 4 cars. It had all the kitchen supplies we needed. Overall a wonderful stay.
