We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This house was just great! If you travel with boys they will love the Star Wars themed room! It’s like a Star Wars hotel! We really enjoyed the movie theatre in the house, got the chance to share a movie every night, it even had an XBox for the kids to play with. The house was really comfortable and clean. Close to Disney parks, shopping and dining. I would definitely stay here again!! I had stayed in this neighborhood at another house last year, but this house was so much better! Definitely booking this one next year!!

Very clean. Could have paint “touched” up a bit on the inside. Check-in and check-out process could have been better. I called at least once a day for clarifications that they said they sent but didn’t send until AFTER I called. The security guy at the gate was more interested in his phone than checking to see if we belonged in the gated community or not. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience.

We waren met 13 personen variërend in de leeftijd van 7 tot 64 jaar. Het huis was perfect voor zo’n groep. Iedereen had zijn eigen slaapkamer met badkamer, er was een vergaderzaal, een bioscoopzaal en een speelruimte, dus genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Het zwembad werd vaak gebruikt als ook het terras. We hebben diverse raketlanceringen gezien vanuit onze spa. De locatie was fantastisch, overal heel dichtbij en we hebben zelfs veel winkels lopend bezocht. We zijn aardig bekend in de omgeving omdat we er al jaren komen maar dit was veruit de beste locatie.

The property was fantastic with a beautiful view of the water. It was new. It was well kept and my children ages 6 to 15 all had a blast. David was incredibly receptive and answered any and all questions I had in a very timely manner. His service was impeccable.

Our family/friend group of 12 stayed for a few nights before a cruise out of Port Canaveral! This was a perfect location… near to attractions, but not too close that it was impossible to go anywhere due to traffic. The resort amenities were lovely. House was better than in the photos. The pool heating never really made it warm enough to use for March 66-75 degree weather so that was a bit of wasted money.the hot tub also never got truly HOT, just warm. All ages LOVED the game room. Beds were extremely comfortable. House was clean and well cared for. Couches weren’t the most comfortable. Overall, we would absolutely stay again and it was an excellent value.

My family and I stayed here for 16 wonderful days! The house was everything it said on the website. It was super clean, comfortable and the kids were in heaven with the Star War beds and game room! My husband and grandchildren were in the pool and hot tub every chance they got! We did opt to have the pool heated which was well worth it. Story Lake resort itself was wonderful although crowded at times. We did walk to it stopping to see the alligator and turtles along the way there. The staff addressed any issues we had (which were few) in an extremely timely manner. Our suggestion… stay here, you won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a large house, great pool, great resort and hosts that are there for you! Thank you David and staff! Kathy

House conveniently located far enough away from chaos of Disney but close enough to take advantage of all things Orlando has to offer. House was spacious, pool and hot tub were great. We watch football and a few movies in the theatre room. Management was responsive to our questions. Overall, very pleased with our stay, felt the pictures and description were accurate and property was priced appropriately.

The home was just as advertised. We enjoyed all of it. The home could use some minor tweaks, such as some serving dishes (we had Thanksgiving here!) and the theatre seats and game room accessories were in need of replacement, like the pool table cue sticks and triangle, but this was a clean, beautiful home that was perfect for our large family and we would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed in this home for ten days. The layout and locations were amazing. We unfortunately had multiple concerns while we were there that were not addressed. The oven would not work most of the time. We learned after we reached out for the second time that most of the pots and pans would not work with the stove as it was an induction stove and they were not compatable. The main TV also kept loosing sound which required us to unplug it. I made the property management aware of these issues and they were not addressed. The worst part of the whole experience was when we returned home one day from being out to find construction workers and their family parked in the driveway. There was a worker on the roof painting while his wife and kids were playing in the front lawn and steps. I asked what they were doing and asked them to leave. There was a language barrier but they told me no and showed me that they were hired by the property management to be there. I asked them to at least move out of the driveway and have their kids leave the yard and they told me no. I then called the property manager who told me work needed to be done on the home and they would hopefully be done soon. I explained that they were blocking the driveway and on the front steps. Management said they would hopefully be done soon and there was nothing else they could do! It was a disgrace and made me uncomfortable. I was eventually told a manger would call me but no one did. DISGRACE!

This property was amazing for our stay! We had 13 family members...children, teenagers, and adults. From the really fun arcade room, theater room, and pool, there was plenty for the all to do. We were never lacking for space in this unit. Kitchen was well stocked, and towels for baths and pool were provided. The owner's management company was always available to answer any questions or concerns. We loved how close this unit was to the airport and all the attractions (we only went to Universal Studios), but Disney and Sea World were also close. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was nice, the view was incredible. We loved being on the end. The property manager was super kind. It was interesting that the hosue we choice was not the house we stayed it. The layout was similar, but the decor and kids rooms were different than the pictures. The worst part about our experience was the traffic backup trying to get in to the community. It was horrible and took forever. There really needs to be a traffic guard or a second gate for those who have already registered so they don't have to wait in that line every day.

We absolutely loved the house and property. Ample space for our party of 10. Kids loved the pool right out the back door. The kitchen could have used a few more pots/pans. Making eggs was a challenge. Otherwise excellent. The main gate by the pool house tends to back up at all hours and is inefficient. Pretty much the only negative.
