The house was beautiful and spacious for our family. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated. A couple of recommendations:1. Provide a binder with WiFi and check-out guidelines and local stores (Publix!) or other amenities available with Champions Gate or garbage/recyclable pickup details or TV instructions 2. There are no glass cooking containers for the microwave and no strainer or cooking mitts. We liked the game room, theater room, pool and hot tub a lot and would definitely recommend this place for a family getaway or alternative to a resort hotel.

Dear Vrbo Team,We recently stayed at one of your properties, and I wanted to share some feedback. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and all 16 of us had a great time. The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and we especially loved the pool — it was a highlight for everyone.There were just a few things that could have made the experience even better. We found ourselves needing more towels, especially kitchen towels and sponges. There were no potholders to take things out of the oven. Having some beach towels available would also have been really helpful. Additionally, we didn’t have a way to clean the grill, which made it a bit challenging to use more than once. Unfortunately we were charged 29.95 because it was not cleaned which seems a bit unfair.That said, these were relatively small inconveniences in what was otherwise a fantastic trip. Thank you for helping make our group getaway such a memorable one!Best regards,Carol Harlow

Great place to stay, plenty of room for my family of 6 to be together yet have our own space when needed. We spent majority of time in both the pool and hot tub and ate our meals together at the outside table. Definitely recommend!!

The property and location was great! We were able to enjoy the resort amenities, have ample space for the families that stayed, and get to the parks on the days we visited the parks! We hope to make it back to the same location again in the future. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The only miss in the property was that it wasn’t 100 % clean when we walked in from the previous guests.

Could not have asked for a more comfortable house! We stayed as a family of 4 (2 children) and grandparents, and we all felt we had our own space and could really unwind. The kids loved the themed bedrooms and bunkbeds. The private pool was a great amenity, and the water slides at the community complex were a hit with the kids. The location was perfect, as we did not intend to make this a "Disney trip," yet had close enough access for spending one day at the park. The management company was accessible and responsive. We extended our stay for a late checkout and they made this very easy to arrange. Our only complaint had to do with the gate at the entrance of the community. The system was often faulty, not detecting the QR code to enter, and there was often a pileup of cars as a result. This was a bit stressful, as we feared not being able to get in each time. Management may want to look into making this process more efficient. Otherwise, great stay! Our children are already asking to go back.

We stayed here for 4 nights before our cruise. Great for multigenerational stay. 5 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on main level. The pool was awesome, kids woke up and swam in while parents drank morning coffee and chatted. We used the clubhouse amenities and found them to be good! Overall loved our stay!

The house itself is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 adults, 3 couples and our 2 single sons. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was amazing! Game room saw a lot of competition and laughs on all the games. Pool and hot rub were great! Had a minor issue with water temp, they responded quick to take care of that issue. The house is fairly well stocked, my only complaint was that we didn’t have any dish cloths and only 1 dish towel. So, that had to be washed every night. They do have scrub brushes, I just prefer a dish cloth for certain items and for wiping down counters and tables. Otherwise, it was perfect. (Besides traffic, but that can’t be helped ) We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful family time. The grandchildren loved the pool even though the water was a little cool. We cooked meals together and had great conversations at meal times. The beds were comfortable. We had to ask the neighbors to stop their outdoor party at 12:30 AM one night because it was too loud to get to sleep. They complied immediately.

It was a beautiful and quiet place. We were 11 and that was really great. It’s not far from disney and their was groceries, pharmacy and wal mart really close to it. It was a perfect stay for our vacation.

I did not receive instructions on how to access home or details prior to my arrival. I had to call the management company multiple times to have issues addressed. Even when I was told they would call me back. The home was not clean. Shower liners were disgusting.

We rented this house for a weekend. The house was beautiful and everything was spotless. The location was awesome for us since we were going to Disney. With the exception of a loud motorcycle party on Friday night which was super loud. We had an amazing time. We did not use the pool but the game room was fun and the kids had a blast. The host was very friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway with friends/family, and we left feeling rejuvenated and happy. We needed a place to weather Hurricane Milton, and this place truly fit the bill. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. The game room provided hours of indoor fun while the weather outside was less than ideal. While the kitchen could be a little better equipped with newer pans, utensils, and some basic spices & condiments, we found the accommodations to be sufficient for cooking meals. Overall, this place met our needs and we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

A couple hiccups in the beginning like our code not working to open the door which was frustrating because I had a baby with me that I needed to feed but after calling about it and having us try 3 different codes they had someone there in 20mins and we were finally in. Also our freezer in the fridge wasn’t working and all our stuff we bought got ruined. 2of the games weren’t working in the arcade so I wish things like these were checked on before but all to say that when I communicated this to them they responded right away. Communication from them is phenomenal! Very appreciated! The house itself is gorgeous! Ton of space! We had a baby, dogs and 9 adults. Room themes super cute! Everything was super clean! Loved that you had your own personal pool aside from the awesome pool clubhouse. Which was the star.if the show really. We’re locals just trying to do a mini staycation and not do much just relax and that’s exactly what we did here. The 2 pool club houses were amazing! Great food and great drinks!! Lazy river, slides and kiddy pool it was just excellent! I will definitely be coming back! My whole family now wants to book for their birthdays lol can’t wait to come again! Thank you for being such great hosts!!

I was satisfied with this home. The only negative was the check in process. You had to go to another location (not the rental address) to initially get access to the rental property. Overall though I would definitely book here again. Affordable, clean and good communication from the host.
