El aire del cuarto estuvo dañado una semana entera se notificó dos veces a la oficina y nada … pagando $124 al día súper caro y disgustada con la abitacion y con calor . Las alfombras están sucias y los pisos de los cuartos pegajosos no entiendo que servicio está dando house keeping.

Durante la estadia todo bien.el hotel comodo limpio es estilo apartamento con cocina y utensilios de cocina el personal muy amable la cama comoda y la habitación muy espaciosa lo recomendamos muy bueno

Fatal me quedo corta
El sitio era sórdido lis pasillos siempre presentaban un olor de tabaco para no decir otra cosa la recepción nunca había personal habían hormigas en el cuarto la ducha está dañada al igual que triturador de comida la gente bebía todas las noches en el estacionamiento y se escuchaban gritos

Estaba bien para el precio. Bastante limpio y en muy buena area. Facil acceso a restaurantes y tiendas. Al lado de la I-4. En general fue una buena estancia

Me encantó el desayuno dado por ellos , muy organizado , muy completo , y sobre todo la eficiencia de la encargada . En realidad no hubo nada que me disgustara del hotel .

Me gusto la calidad, variedad y puntualidad del desayuno, no me gusto que la suciedad que mostro la habotacion, la escazes de utencilios en la cocina, la No limpieza de las habitaciones por falta del personal y la No presencia del Gerente para atender los problemas. Definitivamente un hotel que no coincide con la evaluacion de las estrellas ni las recomendaciones.

Cleaning staff Lacking
Place is ok except cleaning staff not really paying attention. I used a spoon on day 2 of my stay and placed it on the sink. The next day, staff cleaned the room but left the dirty spoon in the sink. The iron was also not put away, it was exactly where I left it. They could have washed the spoon and put the iron back in the closet. The only reason I did not place it in the closet myself was because it was HOT and I figure I would let it cool while I went to my business meetings. The dirty spoon made me wonder what kind of cleaning was done in the rest of the room. Obviously no common sense and no idea about what travelers like to see when they come back to their room, they want a clean relaxing room.

When I check in, I end up having to ask them to change the bed linen as it had hair that was not mine, I found the same in the bathtub. The rooms and halls were recently renovated you can tell, unfortunately I often found trash outside the doors and the elevator was always stain and dirty. Probably due to the long stays they have in the hotel

Had to repeatedly request for them to clean our room- I was told they would clean every 7 days- finally told to just forget it and I cleaned the room. Even though my parents had already paid for the room, they said someone had to pay a registration fee of $25, next thing I know they have charged my card for $350.88 and $375.88. After an heated discussion, they finally adjusted the bill. I will not stay there again. Cynthia C.

What a nice surprise! I tend to avoid "extended stay"-type places; I generally find them to be pretty spartan. This MainStay was great! I understand that the building was recently remodeled, and everything in my room was nice and clean and bright. The staff is exceptional; from my initial greeting from Carmen (I am badly misspelling his name) and the added welcome from Yvette, the GM, everyone I met was SUPER friendly and welcoming -- even one of the maintenance crew greeted me with a big smile and a warm "Good morning, sir!" Nice location is quick to the highway but in a quiet place with plenty of parking. I usually prefer hotels that serve breakfast, but the full kitchen that is available--even with dishes!--makes no breakfast a non-issue, and there are both restaurants and fast food stops very close. PLUS the rate is great! I highly recommend this MainStay and would definitely stay here again.

Changed rooms three times due to cleanliness issues. So bad I checked out and requested refund. No reason a bathroom cannot be cleaned properly if you want guests to patron your establishment

The floors in the lobby and entry and first floor were really dirty. Including a dirty elevator. The second floor was much better. I was surprised that there was not an electric door opener from the lobby to outside. The room is clean but has a mildew smell. Kitchen appliances appear in good repair, but getting a little dated.

Pros: It was convenient for an overnight stay as the midpoint between MCO to our final location the next morning in Mt Dora. Front desk was very friendly. Clean rooms, pleasant paint palette throughout. Cons: We did need to ask for bedding for the sofa sleeper. The coffee maker didn’t work, but we were in a hurry so didn’t ask for replacement. No breakfast The parking lot was dirty, with trash/food strewn about. Given the location and considering it was the beginning week of Spring Break, the price was comparable to others in the area.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. My room on the 2nd floor had recently been renovated and was in great shape. My room had a lot of space and also had a great place to work from while I was in the hotel. The staff was super nice and the only "bad" thing about the hotel was its proximity to the interstate (I-4).

Front desk staff very helpful and lovely. The room was unpleasant with dirty counters, sheets that looked unclean with a number of black specks and hair and dirty coffee pot. The cabinets in kitchenette were loose and didn’t close and more worrisome the security latch was loose and did not hold closed

I reserved this room for an employee, I did not stay there. But, as soon as he checked in, he found his room to have a bad smell so requested another room. The management gave him another room, but the second room was very dirty. I won't go into the details, but was completely unacceptable. Because I booked the room via Expedia and had paid in full for his stay, they would not give me a refund so he had to stay there the full week. He was given a 3rd room, which was only marginally better and by then his confidence in the hotel was nil. In addition to the issues with the rooms, the general manager was not sympathetic and basically told him too bad. I have employees who travel to this area often, but will never book in this hotel again. Although the rest of the hotel was ok, lack of cleanliness of the rooms is non-negotiable. Do better.

The location was convenient. Staff was nice and friendly. The floors were dirty, it smelled dirty, the room smelled, appliances were completely outdated and dirty, and bathroom floors had ants. It’s fine in a pinch but not somewhere I would recommend.

I'm a Travel Nurse. I stayed there so I could be close to the hospital as I was on-call for my department that night. I was pleased with my stay. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were soft. If the price remains the same I will absolutely stay each time I'm on call.

Pet friendly rooms are on the 3rd floor walking the dogs down the hall from the 3rd to the 1st smelt absolutely horrible. 5 Dogs running around without leases. The room smelt horrible as well no phone in the room to call the front desk. Night time guy at front desk was not nice when ask to change rooms.

The hotel was a bit run down. Front entry doors and places were dirty. A vast difference from the photo shots on line. The bathroom had a smell. In the middle of the night, people were arguing and shouting either in the hall way or in the room loud enough to wake up us. When we checked out so scare to stay longer, we saw a policeman stationed in the receptionist. It was a pretty scary sight.
