Upstay partnered with VRBO took no responsibility for me and my granddaughter being locked out 3 x, not having face towels, the TV remote not working, unclean room conditions, a broken door handle, and poor and untimely customer service. They refused to refund me and I ended up having to find more suitable accommodations mid-vacation. AVOID properties managed by UpStay, they're simple a horrible host.
