Great Location, Unit in need of maintenance
Advertised as new remodel, but the work was poorly and improperly done, furniture is falling apart. There is significant water damage to the cabinets and floors in the kitchen, both the kitchen and upstairs vanity slab are cracked in several places, the dining chairs are falling apart, the upstairs dresser drawers fall out when you use them, upstairs bath does not lock, the door is splitting at the top, curtain rods fell when we adjusted the curtains, downstairs bathroom fan does not work, bedroom fans and lights come on together. we used sleep masks and slept with the lights on so we could have the fan on at night. No spare sheets. A couple more basics would have been appreciated (ice trays, salt & pepper, coffee filters)The condo complex was gated, clean, landscaped and in a great location. The owner of this unit cut too many corners... I'd stay on the property again, but not at this unit.
