Decent stay

Overall decent stay for what we needed. House has some wear and tear that could benefit from repair. Neighbors were very loud late into the night / early morning hours. Trash was never picked up during our 5 day stay.

v-ball Tourney

The hosts were so nice! Also very quick and easy to communicate with. The house was just as advertised. We were in town for a v-ball tourney at the Orange County Convention Center, which was an easy 20-30 min drive from the house (depending on traffic). Restaurants and target were just around the corner from the house. We used the free shuttle to one of the neighborhood pools one evening and enjoyed the bar/restaurant. We enjoyed the pool at the house most other evenings and although it backs up to other houses/pools, we still had some privacy. The decor in the house was cute! Bed were decently comfortable, linens were soft. Kitchen has the very basics but may want to check on specifics if you’ll be doing a lot of cooking or food prep. Thanks to the hosts for a great stay and for being so accommodating!!

Clean property and close to Disney

Stayed here for a few days before our cruise to visit Disney and although we didn’t spend much time in the home, I was clean and spacious. The only negative was that our neighbors were very loud the first night and the walls are thin so you could hear everything from the next door patio.

AHR Conference

Very clean and roomy! The home was perfectly stocked, has all the right accessories and entertainment items needed. Wifi and televisions easily set up! No hiccups, everything about check in and out went very well.

vacation home

What a perfect home for our family vacation! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! The highchair and mini crib were especially helpful with two littles, not to mention the safety gate around the pool! Kitchen table was large enough to fit us all and there was enough space to fit comfortably both up and downstairs. Highly recommend this home!!! There are so many things close by- the community water park, pools, playgrounds, shopping and restaurants. 10/10!!!! We will be back!

Nice home

The property is exactly as described in their ad. The hosts were pretty quick to respond to questions I might have had. I felt place was clean and inviting, but a few small items need improved- attention to detail is important. Nothing was a deal breaker and I know sometimes things go astray. The gate codes never worked with the bar code, but they have an assistance button- push that and security responds in opening the gates- which many guests seem to have a problem gaining gate access using the bar code system. Not the owners total issue, more needs addressed by the owners and community in improving that. I definitely would stay here again if the place was available. Pool was nice and with the hot weather was nice to chill and relax a bit.

Family get together

It was great to be able to have our family stay together and enjoy the hide away club entertaining for everyone and the was great providing space so we didn’t feel crowded or just wanted some quiet

Volleyball tournament turned vacay

We stayed at this property as we were in town for a volleyball tournament that was at OCC and extended it into a family vacay. It didn’t feel like a far drive from anything. Less than a 30 minute drive from the convention center, Sea World, Universal, and Disney. Close to grocery and restaurants. It had all the basics you would need to cook a meal and small soaps, shampoos, etc provided at check in were an added surprise. The only complaint, totally out of the owners control, was the noise a few nights as the backyard is very close to 5 others and there were parties in a few pools very late into the night a few times. As long as you weren’t in the back bedrooms it was not an issue. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Fantastic house

This house is huge! There is room for a lot of people. It had very comfy beds. The kitchen and family room area was great. I would totally rent this property again. It was a bit cold for an Arizonian to be in the pool but it would be great in the Summer months. The location was great, close to lots of restaurants and not far from the theme parks.

Terrific for huge group!

This house was deceptively huge and could accommodate a tremendous amount of people so comfortably, it’s ridiculous. The owners have gone to great lengths to make it as updated as possible and clean…so very clean. I would be happy to book at this place again, but I would definitely have to check on the following first: How much shopping am I going to have to do again? 1) The kitchen is minimally stocked with only the essentials (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc), but absolutely no spices (not even salt or pepper, cooking oil, etc) or other staples you would expect to find (hello, coffee filters, please!). 2) The house is provided with 1 trash bag and 1 roll of paper towels for the duration of your stay. Anything else you must provision for yourself. It’s a bit ridiculous to expect all renters to outfit the kitchen/cleaning needs for every stay, as that’s a lot of wasted money, food items, and cleaning supplies since the house is supposed to be left as it was found (bare of those things). Ask for the jacuzzi to be pre-heated before arrival and for an instruction manual if there are any questions we may have. 3) The jacuzzi did not heat up, even after checking with the property manager ahead of time and being assured it was on a timer, so we did not have to do anything…most likely user error.

Amazing Property

This house is a home away from home, it’s clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is amazing all your questions or concerns are always answered in a timely fashion, their only concern is your stay, they are amazing. House is beautiful decorated and stocked more than any other house I have been to. Will definitely be back..
