House had Wi-Fi issues on first day and no cable then entire stay. We did get immediate assistance and they ended up coming back the next day for the same issue. It was explained as a community-wide issue due to provider change but overall Encore did attend to our needs. Hot tub wasn’t heating but got started at end of second day. Home has some wear but overall clean. Family had a great time because we enjoyed being together.
