We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Pros: The front desk clerks are extremely attentive and friendly. This hotel is great for a one night stay to visit the fairgrounds if you're going to be there late, live out of town and don't want to drive afterwards. Cons: Some of the guests aren't very good at cleaning up after themselves (beer cans in the windows, cigarette butts on the grounds where someone sat and smoked more than a few cigarettes and thought the window seal was their ashtray), which makes the hotel appear trashier than it probably otherwise would. I am questioning whether the sheets/towels were washed in bleach or just regular laundry detergent. Breakfast is used loosely. We had a selection of make it yourself waffles, apples, juice, yogurts and kid cereals.

It was a 2 star at best hotel. We knew what we were getting when we booked. We chose the hotel because of the proximity to the fairgrounds. The area is all car dealerships and although it seems to be not the safest area, we had no issues with safety. The hotel itself is not the cleanest. Bedding was fine, but the bathrooms were dirty

There's a cabinet but no hangers so you cannot hang your clothes. Doesn't have lamps at your bed. A couch that was broken and makes so much noise that you cannot sit on. The place is old, dark and poorly equipped!

Hotel had no hot water. Bed sheets were dirty. There was very sketchy activity outside of the hotel. Customer service was horrible. I do NOT recommend this hotel and it doesn’t even deserve the one star! I am not from the area and wish I knew how horrific this place was. Do not stay here!

Pass on this place
Ceiling had water damage and was split. Stains on the sheets. No hot water. Tried to call front desk and no answer. Walked up and hug is on his personal phone alone at desk. Tried to suggest we go back to the room and “let the water run for five minutes or so to see if it gets hot” while smiling about it. We had already done that. Switched rooms and Ofcourse nothing available except two double beds…although the water in this room was immediately hot when turned on. Very noisy location and lots of questionable people in the parking lot. Would not stay again.
