About the early check-in, it depends the house's availability, unfortunately. About the issues related during your stay, did you try to send us an email to contact the maintenance department? When a guest arrives at house and verify some cleaning or other issue, this guest needs to report it to us immediately, so we can forward it to our cleaning/maintenance department to get prompt action about it. Unfortunately, we weren't informed about these issues during your stay and weren't able to take any action on time. Sorry Paula, really. Anyway, I passed these information to the department to get advised and take some action about it.
