Far cry from "World of Entertainment"
We were really looking forward to enjoying the game room, but unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations. First off, the game room was not well-maintained – it was dirty and felt neglected. The skeeball game was broken, which was a huge disappointment. The air hockey game was set up in front of the skeeball, but it couldn't even function properly without being plugged in right there, and to make matters worse, there were no pucks available.The pool table was another letdown – the sticks were old, there was no chalk for either the sticks or your hands, and only two sticks were available with no bridge. On top of that, the two "shoot 'em" arcade games were completely non-functional. The screen wouldn’t recognize that the guns were connected, so no matter how many times you tried to play, nothing would happen when you shot at the screen. Overall, this space felt like it needed a lot of attention and repairs, and definitely didn’t live up to its "gamers paradise" claim.Additionally, the outside ceiling fans were a letdown as well. Only one light worked, which was a shame because we had hoped to eat and play games outside. The lack of proper lighting made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor area as much as we would have liked.To top it off, I had to message the host several times to get the code for check-in. I didn’t receive it until about 2 hours before check-in, which added unnecessary stress to the start of our stay.The TV upstairs displayed an error message
