Called and emailed Magnolia Villas management company the moment we walked into this unit. This unit is filthy in every room, especially the bathrooms and laundry room. The highway outside your door is NOISY 24/7 and we were unable to enjoy the patio due to the non-stop traffic noise. We emailed the manager Barbara 16 times and two phone calls to resolve the numerous issues with this unit. She was very rude and NOT helpful. I even talked with Aiden from Vrbo and he said that a manager would call us, we never received a call. We have 96 pictures and 14 videos proving the filthy condition. We sent several to Barbara, and only the broken toilet seat was replaced and they caulked over what looked like black mold in the showers. We put in a work request for the rusted, dirty washer machine when the spin cycle did not work, they scheduled to repair it on the day we left. The shower door did not close all the way, they said they fixed it, it was still broken. The carpet is very worn and dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows are stained. Window sills are broken, cobwebs and dead insects in windows. Torn pillows on the couch, holes in blankets and no washcloths, dish towels, pots and pans are disgusting, and the top drawer of the dishwasher only opens up half way.
