One of cleanest properties I have stayed at to date. We had a blast in the pool and the kids loved the decorations in the bedrooms. All of the necessary kitchen items were provided and functional. The only issue we ran into was the master spa tub not heating properly. Other that, I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property manager was easy to communicate with, check in and check out was seamless. We loved the property and the location. The property could use a deep clean of walls and floor grout, but the property was still clean with fresh linens and towels. Pool towels were not supplied by this rental company. This would be a nice addition, especially for those arriving by plane with limited luggage space. We have had them included with other rentals and it was nice to have. Kitchen was stocked with what was needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again and rent from this company.

The house was gorgeous inside, extremely clean, and met our space/room requirements perfectly. Champions Gate was a disappointment. There are multiple communities with what seems like 500 houses in each, and half of them were at the 2 very small pools. The

Overall happy with stay, few minor complaints

Our stay at this property was pleasant overall. The property was very beautiful and clean for the most part and accommodated us well for our stay.However, few important things to note:-Be aware: there is a Ring camera installed at the front door that was not disclosed to us. I reached out to the owner to discuss but he stated it was for safety concerns but in my opinion, this is a major breach in privacy to not disclose a recording device on the premises.-Damaged air vent below thermostat.-Stained sheet/pillow on master bedding. -Shower/bath water is luke warm at best. -Hot tub and pool is not heated, this is apparently an additional charge which we felt was a bit odd to charge for considering other places we have stayed this was included when booking a property with a pool. -Cracked tile in the kitchen area.-Neighborhood was very loud with numerous parties into late hours of the night around 11pm-1am some days of our stay. We did have to call and make a police report for one instance. Not sure if this is all the time or just due to spring breakers.-License for housing/inspection hanging at the front of the door was expired by a year.-You cannot change the temperature below 72 degrees, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable on a few of the hotter days, we were sweltering!!! This is simply not practical.As mentioned previously, I would consider staying again, but would be more cautious in the property I select.

Beautiful house

Ill start with the positives. Its an absolutely beautiful home. It was very clean, well decorated, HUGE, well planned out layout wise, and overall a perfect vacation home for a group of people. Such a large space and many separate living quarters. Communication is easy via text. Once arriving, can be difficult to find the gate since there are so many. Once you find it, you can go through any gate with your QR code. The community pools are gorgeous and the bars have a nice selection. My kids drank many frozen (obviously virgin) drinks for only 10 with refillable large cup. The staff is super friendly and pools/bathrooms are very clean. Now to the negatives....careful with services that you pay extra for. We ordered a grill and was charged right away. We didnt receive it until 2 days later. Had no utensils, therefore we couldnt use it. A few days later we get utensils at 730pm. I have contacted several times about a refund and no response yet. The community pool is very nice but has strict rules which can be annoying if you have children. No food or drinks allowed in which includes water bottles and they look. We ended up packing lunches and just eating it in the parking lot. Also, listing states the house has a hot tub. It does. But its not heated like a hot tub. We paid to have it heated, which it was, but its not hot at all. It was 86 degrees and it doesnt get hotter. Misleading and disappointing.Overall, we will 100% go back. I recommend!

Clean and had everything needed to cook and clean

Great place for my family of 6 to spend the week at, plenty of space for everyone.Only 1 compliant, "the hot tub" the water was cold!!. Its advertised having a private pool and a private "hot tub".Before arriving we did get asked if we wanted to add on last minute items, like a crib, bbq grill, or if we wanted the pool heated. We didnt want the pool heated however we didnt think we had to ask for the water in the "HOT tub" to be heated, the description should be changed to "cold tub" unless you pay extra for heat.
