Servicio terrible, desde nuestra llegada al Lobby el trato fue muy malo. La mujer que nos atendió en el check in el 28 de febrero a las 3pm fue sumamente mal educada. No ofrecen servicio de limpieza como mencionan. Cuando llevamos las toalla al lobby para cambiarlas por otras limpias la misma mujer nos dijo que no tenia limpias que las entregaramos y en la tarde nos dejaban toallas a la habitación. En la noche volvimos por toallas y el caballero que estaba no queria entregar las toallas. Somos 4 personas en la habitación con una sola toalla. ¡Irresponsables!

It is located in a good place, with respect to the facilities: the beds are very small and super uncomfortable, the room had a very musty smell, the bathroom with very stained lines on the wall, I suffer from allergies and since I entered the room I was attacked by sneezes, for what this hotel is the security deposit is very high, I have stayed in better hotels than this one and the deposit is not that high, if you want something cheap and central you have this hotel but I would not recommend it There are better options for the same price.

Honestamente desde la persona que me recibió no fue muy ama le,es como si le hubiera pesado atenderme,al igual la persona en la mañana, una mujer muy antipática y malcriada y hacen anuncio e.gañoso ya que la promoción que escogí y la razón paraes ogerlosera porque añadía desayuno y cuando bajamos y preguntamos dicen la empleada en un tono muy irrespetuoso para mí, "desayuno? Soló cafe,te o chocolate,es todo... lo peor fue su actitud... tal parece como si les pesara servir al clie.te,y contestat preguntas y más si no ha la uno inglés, para mí pésimo servicio, reo que no volvería a ese lugar.

Cumple la relación calidad-precio. Algo por mejorar es el servicio de limpieza, estuve 6 noches y nunca le hicieron aseo a la habitación. Es un hotel que cumple con lo necesario si solo deseas ir a descansar por la noche. Se podría mejorar la atención al cliente por parte de los trabajadores. Pero en general, si se busca un hotel en donde llegar a únicamente pasar la noche a un buen precio, es la opción ideal.
