Our stay at this location was very good. Communication with management was exceptional but there was some other minor issues that prevented a 5* rating. such as the garbage container thats located by the front door entrance ( same for all houses in the community) was stained with food & grime that attracts bugs and insects, the towels need replacement and more of them, two of the tvs were not receiving signals. The community club house snack bar and game room were closed. In all fairness i did not complain about these issues because i just wanted to spend a relaxing week there without going back and forth but Management did respond immediately when i did contact them and get a 5 star+ rating.
