No le gustó: Condiciones de la propiedad
La estancia es engañosa ya que con el precio de ir y venir con transporte al hotel es más efectivo coger el hotel que está en el mismo aeropuerto. Normalmente en otras ciudades los hoteles cercanos al aeropuerto tienen servicio gratuito de bus aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto. No obstante me parece muy caro el servicio y las informaciones que hay en Internet son contradictorias ya que unas dicen que hay que pagar y otras que no y en las que dicen que hay que pagar ponen precios distintos. El hotel debería informar desde el primer momento del coste de éste servicio que por otra parte es prácticamente obligatorio.

Muy buena eleccion
La experiencia fue buena, el hotel muy cerca de la terminal del aeropuerto con transporte publico en la misma puerta de el, la atencion por parte del recepcionista fue muy buena, mi vuelo salia muy temprano por la mañana y no me daba tiempo para el desayuno el recepcionista muy amablemente me dijo que podria cojer de la nevera situada en frente de la recepcion lo que me apeteciera para desayunar

Bus 44 is a 10 min ride to/from from the airport from 3am to 12am midnight hence very convenient door to door transport. The lady was there at the reception till 1am for a late check-in after I notified them in advance, Breakfast buffet was really good and lots of choices.

Everything was good, but the restaurant does not have dinner on the weekends. There aren't any places nearby to get food either.

Clean smart hotel, friendly staff. Room compact but comfortable and quiet. Pleasant breakfast room and good options. Good WiFi. There was no hot water in my room, hence unable to shower. The hotel declined to offer me a partial refund, which disappointed me even though they admitted ‘this was not up to our usual standard’. There was also no black/breakfast tea at breakfast, only Earl Grey/green or fruit tea. No beverage facilities in room. I would use the hotel again.

The dinner menu options were very limited; the pizza choice was a fairly limp single choice option. I did not take well to being woken twice during the evening by loud voices in the corridor at 12:30 am and again at 2:30 am, accompanied by someone banging on a bedroom door. Would be helpful for guests actively to be reminded to be quiet after say 10:30 pm at night.

A very very pleasant surprise, most airport hotels are so stuffy and boring and business focused ☹️☹️ This was the exact opposite 👍 super friendly staff, no questions to dull to answer with a real smile 😊 great funky atmosphere…. Loved it, 🥰 so much I am going back next week, will stay there and not in the city centre! What more could I say 👍

Veldig hyggelige folk som jobber der, verdens beste dyne, god frokost, transport til og fra døra. Veldig greit for å overnatte før reise. Var konferanse på nabohotell, så vanvittig mange festglade folk og selvfølgelig støy . Men de flyttet meg langt ned i gangen, så får man tåle litt støy innimellom. 😊

Store rom, men begrenset utvalg på tidlig frokost
Store fine rom. Resepsjonisten var behjelpelig med å ordne dobbeltseng. Tidlig frokost fra 04. Helt enkelt, ikke det beste utvalget- men det var ost, skinke, grønnsaker, yoghurt, frukt og müsli. Resepsjonen var ikke bemannet hele tiden mellom 04-05 da jeg skulle sjekke ut. Valgte derfor utsjekk på automat. Fikk ikke kvittering og det var feil på maskinen for å få dette tilsendt på mail. Måtte derfor sende epost til hotellet i etterkant. Shuttlebuss går til Gardermoen (OSL lufthavn) fra 04.10 og hvert 40. Og 10.min hver time.
