I’m always thrilled when Kerin and Joel reserve the house! They are excellent communicators and treat the property as if it were their own! I truly look forward to their visits!!!

Helen and her group were excellent renters! Helen was a great communicator, very friendly and left the house exactly as I left it!! I would welcome a return visit!!

It was fun to host this family as we had many common acquaintances to talk about. They were respectful of the house and enjoyed the village! They shared their family picture with me which was wonderful! Great renters!!!

Mary and her family were perfect guests! They are a group of family members who are filled with love ad respect and I would welcome any and all of them back anytime!!

Kathy is the type of renter who everyone would want and love! She is totally respectful of my house, my neighbors and loves my village!!! She explores and appreciates what makes Oxford and the surrounding areas so wonderful! I look forward to her visit every year---she has become a friend!!!

Sally and her family were PERFECT renters! Communication was excellent! They were familiar with Oxford and shared information and memories, which was wonderful. They were very respectful and took great care of the house! They were very friendly and are the type of people who make me happy to know!! I feel fortunate that I had the chance to share my house with them and to get to know them!

I have never had a more interesting renter than Ann. She shared so much history of many Oxford families who were very important members of the Oxford community while I was growing up here! I loved all of the details and her enthusiasm for history!

Carol and her boys were very polite and respectful! They were great communicators and I LOVED the family/friends picture that Carol shared! I’m happy that they were comfortable!

Over the years of their renting from me, this family has become not just renters, but friends. They have been exceptional guests who have treated the house as their home and have left it EXACTLY as they found it! I all of the years that I have been renting, I have NEVER had a group like Sam and his group! Sam was an excellent communicator and was so respectful and caring of my home that I actually sent him a text when I got in the house and asked him if anyone had stayed in the house!!! From the moment this family got out of their car, I knew that they were a special family!! They were enthusiastic, fun, respectful and they were great communicators. They left the house in immaculate condition! They shared what they were doing with me, which gave me the opportunity to get to know them and that was a gift!! Nicole graduated from Oxford and went to school with our kids. It means so much to me to have Oxford people come HOME and to be able to help them be comfortable and to enjoy their return trip!
