hotels.com doesn't discribe hotels correctly

it was in the description that this was an extended stay motel. the bed was completly wore out , no tv remote, no ice machine,and you had to go track down the office worker if you needed moreclean towels. also their was no pool

Never again.

This was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in. It smelled like mold and everything in it was damp. The toilet, sheets and tub were clean but everything else looked old and dirty. There was no phone in the room and the Wifi did not work at all. I took pictures of the room if you would like proof. It looked nothing like the picture of the room online. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Old building & furniture with NO amenities!

Oldest furniture I've seen in a hotel. Fridge door hanging open & unplugged. TV didn't come on until I found it unplugged. No channel explanation or controller. Had no hot water. Couldn't get my key to work. A hotel employee noticed my problem when crossing the parking lot. Stopped to tell me to pull on the door, then slide the key. Heard many conversations through the walls. Also had to hear the bed upstairs "rocking". No one available to check me out. Tried the intercom, the 2 phone numbers suggested on door & phone. It was better than sleeping in my car.

You get what you pay for

3 or 4 channels. Wifi almost non exsistent.holes incarpet.holes in chair in room.rusty bathtub. Shotty repair work...but..better than being on the street..I will b better prepared next time I go there..pets allowed but they are noisy

Wouldn't let us stay; Country Hearth silent

Worst hotel experience ever. We arrived at dusk with a prepaid room through hotels.com after 12-hour drive. Desk clerk had office door locked. Knocked twice with "Just a minute!!!" shouted back at me through the door. After making me stand 10 minutes with no explanation she finally opened the door. When I complained about it, she said "You can just get another motel." She wouldn't let us stay! Worst part, Country Hearth denies having a property in Paducah, and I cannot find anybody at their corporate office to complain to.

Keep looking!

The Rhonda was very nice, but that's about all I can say was nice. This is a extended stay hotel with people living there for years. My room did offer a microwave and refrigerator but neither worked. They do not offer tv remotes? Well this isn't a big inconvenience seeing you only get 3 channels. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors tv over yours. They do allow pets at $5/day. I will definitely skip this place when I'm in the area again

Even Our Pet Didn't Want To Stay Here!

Needed an inexpensive, pet-friendly place to stay when our building's air conditioning went out (90 degrees F indoors). One night in this place was more than we could bear. Exterior was run-down and rusty. I knew it was going to be trouble when I saw 2 police cars in front as we pulled up. The original front desk was shut down, and they used a converted room as their office. I tried to introduce myself, and the clerk on the phone 'shushed' me. Our room stank of urine and mildew. The lampshades had MOLD on them. The counter for the sink was put together with particle board and drywall screws, and had a coat of white paint slapped on. The furniture was broken and had handles missing. The in-room fridge looked in decent shape, but it smelled horrible as soon as the door was opened. I wasn't expecting the Waldorf or the Bellagio for this price point, but this was abominable! No Gideon Bible... as if the Lord Himself was scared to be there.

3 rooms for one night for only $34 each!

Loved the double rooms even though remodeling is only halfway finished. No TV or microwave or fridge or anything like that but the room was large and comfortable and CLEAN! Hotel staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Stay here and get a great value on your way through Paducah, KY.
