Si está buscando una casa con muebles nuevos y decoradores de alta gama, mucho espacio para grupos grandes, impresionantes vistas de las montañas de San Juan y los frecuentes avistamientos de alces y venados, entonces esta casa es perfecta para sus vacaciones.

Mientras conduce hasta esta casa, se sorprenderá de que esta casa parezca muy remota, pero a solo unos minutos de todas las tiendas y restaurantes de la zona. Los caminos que conducen a esta casa están incluidos en el quitanieves del condado y el camino de entrada está cerca del nivel y es fácil de manejar y estacionar.

Al ingresar a la casa, se dará cuenta de que los propietarios no repararon en gastos con los artículos de decoración y todos los muebles nuevos. La sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina están abiertos entre sí, llenos de grandes ventanales para disfrutar de las vistas y dejar pasar la luz. Desde la sala de estar con TV y el comedor donde puedes salir a la gran terraza con muebles maravillosos y parrilla de gas. La cocina está bien equipada y también tiene excelentes vistas. El acceso al garaje se encuentra en este nivel, junto con una sala de lavandería y medio baño. El dormitorio principal extra grande tiene una cama king, acceso directo a la terraza y un baño personalizado con 2 lavabos y ducha.

En la planta baja encontrará 1 cama king, 1 queen y una habitación especial con camas nido dobles y salida exterior. Estas 3 habitaciones comparten un baño completo con dos lavabos. Al final del pasillo, encontrarás la divertida sala de juegos con TV grande, sofá cama doble y una habitación especial con literas gemelas. Hay un baño completo para esta área de la casa.

We did our annual girl's trip to Pagosa this year. The house was amazing, secluded and not too far from the hot springs. The views are incredible, and we loved the quiet.

We had a lovely trip in Pagosa Springs, and this house did not disappoint. We were at home during our entire stay, and it was convenient to everything in town. Great views! Great amenities! We truly felt at home here, and we would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great secluded location but close to town. Great views. By 10 am everyday the back patio was in the shade and we spent a good bit of time just enjoying the great weather and wonderful views of the East Range. In the afternoon, we spent on the patio grilling. In the evening we were able to turn off the lights and not have any light pollution; then have incredible views of the Milky Way. We will stay here again!!

Beautiful views all around and the decks were our favorite space to sit. We enjoyed the home, and nature and there was plenty of room. We were sad that the dishes were put up dirty in the cabinet when we went to use them, and pest control (8 am) and landscaping (9 am) woke everyone up on two separate occasions without notice. Better communication would be great but the home was amazing.

Me and my two boys had the best time at this house. The location and views were 5 starts. We had three feet of snow and the boys sledded in the yard every day. It is a special place. The roads were also cleared and easy for us to get into the house. We will be back.

This is a fabulous house for a small group or family & friends with the Master upstaamd all other rooms downstairs.The mgmt company was very responsive. The house is beautiful with room to roam around the grounds. Mountain View’s are spectacular from inside and outside the house. Very easy drive to Wolf Creek and grocery stores nearby. The patio and outdoor space must be fantastic in the Summer too. We will be back!

The house was more than we even imagined. The space was clean and plenty of room for the whole family. The Mountain View’s from the kitchen and living area were spectacular! Easy communication with the property manager and were able to accommodate to all of our needs. Loved our stay!!

Overall, we were happy with this rental and we had plenty of space and activities. Our first night was a little rough because the heating wasn't working, so we had to bundle up the kids. The communication with the management company was good and the heating guys were able to come out to fix it the following evening, so the temperature was good the rest of the visit. We did see wild turkeys and elk which was very neat and the nice snowfall allowed us to build a small snowman.

This home was beautiful, cozy and the location was perfect! Loved the views and privacy the home offered. Beds were very comfy and space was big enough to accommodate a big family or 2 families. We fished in the local Echo Canyon reservoir and caught many fish. The Piedra falls was beautiful and the hiking at the Turkey Springs Trail was great as well. This location was close to everything for convenience but far enough for a quiet stay. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Quiet area on opposite side from the "lakes," but still only 10 minutes from City Market and other shopping. Paved road except for last quarter mile. Very nicely appointed in a tastefully modern way - how refreshing to rent a home in Pagosa and not see a large animal head staring down at you. Very light and airy - Windows on three sides with great views. Two things that the listing undersells: the deck is larger than it appears in the pictures and the small "sitting area" is actually an overlook about 50 yards from the house with views down into a nice valley. Great for wildlife viewing - we saw several families of deer all around the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Our only "big" complaint is whoever is doing the cleaning is not cleaning. The showers were not clean (shower curtain torn downstairs), the bedding was not clean, there was dog or cat hair on one of the blankets. Most of the linen in the closet was not clean as well. The garage floor is full of mud from a car that was previously there. That was disappointing.

88 Peace Place was a dream. The property has beautiful views from the deck & hot tub. The master bathroom was AWESOME. Quite neighborhood, plenty of parking and lots of room for dancing :)

This is a beautiful and comfortable home with spectacular views. Our whole family enjoyed the gorgeous setting. The drive to the ski resort is about 30 minutes each way. Pagosa Springs is a close drive with many cute restaurants. We hope to visit again!
