Overlooking beauty
This apartment is fantastic!!! 2 balconies over looking stunning water. All the comforts of home needed. Giuseppe was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfekte Lage
Sehr schön! Von der wunderbaren Terrasse ist das Meer fantastisch zu sehen. Schöne Wohnung, sportlich sollte man sein, aber das steht das in der Beschreibung. Und, wenn man nicht will, braucht man gar kein Auto: ca.8 min zu Fuß ist der Bahnhof zu erreichen, in 20 min ist man entweder am Flughafen oder im Zentrum Palermos. Komme gerne wieder!

Very nice stay in Sferracavallo
We realy enjoy our stay in Guiseppe appartement. The appartement have two very nice terrace with direct view on Sferracavallo port. Access to Palermo is very easy by train.

Our family of 5 had a lovely stay in Guiseppe's apartment in Sferracavallo - We were however a bit disappointed when we discovered that the small bay below the apartment had been blocked off so that it could not be used for swimming - hopefully it is only temporary, otherwise the apartment, in our opinion, will lose some of its value. the apartment is nice and bright, but the kitchen could use a little freshening up. Overall, we had a lovely stay in the apartment - many thanks to Guiseppe

Great location in Sferracavallo
Apartment is central location and everything us literally around the corner. Supermarket for food and very good choice of places to eat. Apartment description and photos pretty much accurate. Didnt try public transport as we had a car so went to nearby beaches 10 min away. Mondello beach 20 min away. Airport 20min also. Giuseppe helped with different places to visit and other activities. Apartment is on 3rd floor so we are all fitter and better for the climb. Only recommendation is a wider door for the shower. I've 34in waist and a tight squeeze to get into it. As expected seafood and pasta in local places. One chicken cafe which was also great. If u have a car and dont want to stay in Palermo thoroughly recommend here. I'd even say stay outside Palermo. Take full insurance with the car. Local public beaches not sandy so where shoes u can go in the water with. Overall great 2 weeks. In general sicily not the cleanest of places . both local council and locals need to improve this as it doesnt give a great impression despite how much we enjoyed our stay.

Dear David, thank you for your words. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness is a problem that afflicts us and is caused by some Sicilians and by an inefficient public administration. Sicily is a great place and it's such a shame that tourists have to talk about the dirt. It was a real pleasure to host you.

Beautiful view
Everything was top notch the view, location and ease of communication with the property owner. Any issue we had which were not many were dealt with immediately and without issue. If you are not fit or older this place may not be for you due to the steep stairs and there are lots. If you are ok with that this is the place is for you because it is spectacular. Would stay here again without question.

The property is excellent for holiday makers - clean, spacious and about 20 m from the beach. Apart from the three rooms and the kitchen there are also 2 balconies with view to the small harbour (The pictures with the view of the beach on the website are more than real). Also Sferracavallo is quite close to Palermo - you can get there for 1.70 euros within 30 min.

Casa con ottima posizione, vicina all'aeroporto, all'autostrada e alla città. Vista stupenda, locale soggiorno ampio, angolo pranzo e cucina comoda. Abbiamo sfruttato poco la terrazza a causa della stagione ma d'estate immagino sia molto bella. Camere piccole ma pulite e con armadio sufficienti. Scala lunga e stretta ma il panorama dell'appartamento la rende sopportabile. Siamo contenti di aver scelto qs soluzione, Giuseppe e stato gentile all'arrivo e pronto quando un acquazzone ha creato un piccolo problema. Consigliato

Lovely getaway
Access was straight froward. The property has 50 steps up to apartment. The stairs are narrow towards the top, but very accesable. Spiral staircase in property was narrow, and me/husband ended.up using sofa bed in living room, which was fine and very comfortable. Second bedroom more for child as low roof. Apartment was well enough equipped, and socal small shops, bigger Lidl supermarket about 4km away. Lots of Local seafood restaurants, and local train was very andy to access Palermo etc and a short 10min walk to it. Bus times were not what were advertised and we ended up evoking back from Morello at night as bus never turned up. Over all lovely introduction to Sicily.

Spectacular view. There are more than 50 steps to reach the property, and anybody over about 6' might bang their head. The internal spiral staircase to the bedroom(s) is quite tight. It's difficult to shift luggage up and down. We actually moved downstairs during our stay, and the sofabed in the living room was extremely easy to convert to a bed and back. The kitchen and bathroom could be newer, but they were sufficient. But, mainly, the view was spectacular over the harbour. That will be the main thing we remember. There's a small beach nearby which served us just fine for swimming. At night, the whole seafront lights up with reasonably priced seafood restaurants. Particularly good if you're into shellfish.

Fantastic view
We arrived late evening due to a 1hr delayed flight, and were shown in by the delightful Laura, and her partner who very kindly carried up our suitcase. Many thanks to both of them, as Guiseppe was out of town. We woke to the most amazing, spectacular view of the harbour and village, and the location was wonderful, with lots of restaurants, food shops, and a fabulous ice-cream parlour nearby. It was very easy to get the train or bus from there to Palermo, Isola de Femmine, Mondella and the airport. The 50 marble steps up to the property were no problem at all, but the dozen wooden stairs up to the bedrooms were horrid. So narrow and creaky, and as you needed to hold on, it was difficult to carry anything up or down. We had poor, cold water flow and an awful gas smell on the first day, but this was fixed 24 hours after our arrival. The appartment was adequately equipped, but the shower unit was the narrowest I’ve ever used, and the appartment was quite tired, with a rocky toilet, ill-fitting sink plug etc, and could really do with some TLC. A spoke fell out of the terrace parasol the first time we tried to put it up, so we didn’t try that again, and the blind in the second bedroom - single bed - stuck and wouldn’t close. It wouldn’t take too much to make the appartment a much nicer place to holiday in.

Dear guest, I will treasure your kind advice .... I would also like to advise you to advise when you plan to arrive three hours late in the middle of the night. To respond to the criticism: the interruption of the gas and water promptly resolved was caused by your maneuvering error, you did not turn on the light switch and invert the maneuvers for the gas, the sliding curtain of the bedroom got stuck, again for a incorrect use, but easily remedied. The shower has a standard size and no guest has ever had a problem. The umbrella is new and I will check if broken by previous guests. In any case if these issues had been reported immediately rather than on the review I would have promptly resolved. During my stay I sent messages several times to find out if you needed anything but I never received an answer, not to mention that you left without communicating anything and without handing over the keys.

La description était conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Giuseppe s'est montré être un hôte discret et attentif à nos besoins. Si nous devions faire une toute petite remarque, ce serait le manque d'un rideau occultant dans le salon pour celui qui dormirait sur canapé. Mais très honnêtement de se réveiller avec cette vue sur le port chaque matin fut un éblouissement pour notre groupe. Je recommanderais l'appartement de Giuseppe à tous les voyageurs qui passeraient par Sferracavallo. A bientôt la Sicile, à bientôt Giuseppe. Nathalie

Il mare a ogni ora del giorno
Tra le cose che ricorderemo con maggior piacere della vacanza appena trascorsa, ci sarà senz'altro la meravigliosa vista del mare e del porticciolo di Sferracavallo, che il soggiorno e la camera da letto di questo appartamento ci hanno donato. Cominciare la giornata facendo colazione mentre si osserva la vita del porticciolo risvegliarsi, godersi i colori del tramonto sul mare, veder scendere la notte, mentre si accendono tutte le luci della borgata, poter godere di questo comodamente da casa è stato fantastico. L'appartamento è delizioso anche internamente, perchè è arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort. In più la posizione è favorevolissima: Sferracavallo si percorre tranquillamente a piedi, si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta per quanto riguarda i ristoranti, dove si mangia molto bene ed è un'ottima base di partenza per visitare luoghi turistici (ad esempio Palermo, Mondello, l'Isola delle femmine...), splendidamente collegati dai mezzi pubblici. Giuseppe è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e prodigo di suggerimenti per agevolare la nostra vacanza. Grazie ancora! Unica nota negativa: dopo una vacanza così, è ancor più difficile accettare la fine delle ferie! Betty e Mauro

Un super appart pour découvrir l'ouest de la Sicile
Nous sommes venus dans cet appartement début août, la vue est à couper le souffle. Les équipements sont super. On a passé une super semaine dans cet appartement à Sferracavallo et nous avons ainsi pu découvrir l'ouest de la Sicile ainsi que Palerme.

Fishing village winter vacation
The property was as advertised. It contained all the essentials needed for our two week stay. Giuseppe was available to let us in upon arrival and helped with our luggage up the three flights of narrow stairs. He was helpful with any questions we had and made useful suggestions. The property is close to several good restaurants and local vendors selling locally produced fruits and vegetables plus bakeshops, meat and fresh fish shops. Navigating the bus and train service to Palermo and beyond was easily managed. Even without speaking Italian or Sicilian the locals made us feel welcome in their shops and eateries. I would definitely recommend this property and location if you are interested in being in a fishing village setting. The balconies allowed us to sit out and watch the mornings fishing activities while the retirees met to talk and play cards a few metres away from us. Our days were sunny with highs of 17 to 19 C. This was the end of January and into February. A special thank you Giuseppe for driving us to the airport when we left. Greatly appreciated.

Une vue magnifique mais...
La vue est magnifique mais n’excuse pas tout ! Tout d'abord une description qui induit en erreur. Deux chambres oui mais le canapé convertible est dans le salon et non dans la deuxième chambre mansardée qui n'a qu'un lit une place. L'appartement a deux vraies terrasses très agréables mais pas de véranda. En décembre, ce n'est pas la même chose. Un parking, pas tout à fait, juste la possibilité de se garer dans la rue. Sans problème en hiver, à voir en été. Giuseppe s'est engagé à modifier son annonce pour plus de clarté. Si l'appartement est assez bien équipé et pourrait être très agréable, nous avons été confronté à de nombreux problèmes techniques qui ont perturbé notre séjour. Notre plus gros problème fut l'alimentation en eau chaude. Un premier système au gaz qui n'a pas fonctionné malgré les deux interventions de Giuseppe remplacé lors de sa troisième visite par le branchement d'un cumulus électrique qui lui, n'autorisait pas l'utilisation simultanée du four ou des climatisations réversibles. Le disjoncteur à réenclencher est situé en bas de l'immeuble. Un cumulus qui lui aussi a cessé de fonctionner apparemment de notre fait, nous aurions actionné un interrupteur alimentant celui-ci. Quelques notes expliquant le fonctionnement des installations nous aurait été bien utiles. De plus, il aurait été bien de préciser que le chauffage était un poêle mobile alimenté par une bouteille de gaz, l'odeur en émanant pouvant être incommodante. La bouteille a dû être changée en cours de séjour. (Nouvel appel à Giuseppe) Guiseppe a été très réactif à chacun de nos appels, mais au bout d’un moment nous n’avons plus osé le déranger. Peut être faute à pas de chance ou installation à revoir ?

Super appartement et bon sejour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est bien équipé, accueil familial, propriétaire très gentil on se sent comme chez nous tout de suite. La vue sur la baie est fabuleuse nous avons adoré nous petits apéritif en terrasse... proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurant, vraiment très pratique. Et la station de train est à 2 minutes à pied idéal pour aller dans le centre de palerme. On reviendra!!

Großartige Terrasse
Sobald die Herausforderung des Treppenhauses (3.Stock - enge gewundene Treppenstufen) gemeistert ist, erreicht man die Ferienwohnung mit einer großartigen Terrasse. Bei dem Blick über den Hafen - am Abend inklusive Sonnenuntergang - bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Wohnzimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet - die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (leider funktionieren Toaster und Ofen nicht) - das Bad ist klein und die Dusche gab nur kaltes Wasser - die Schlafzimmer (über eine weitere Wendeltreppe zu erreichen) ist funktional und verfügt über eine weitere kleinere Terrasse - das "Kinderzimmer" ist mit einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Guiseppe war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps versorgt. Bei einem Ticket für Falschparken hat Guiseppe uns ebenfalls sehr geholfen. Alles in allem: Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben die Stunden auf der Terrasse besonders genossen! @Guiseppe: Thanks for having us!!

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie mich nicht über die Funktionsstörung des Ofens und des Toasters und vor allem des kalten Wassers informiert haben, und ich verstehe nicht, warum Sie auf meine ständige Bitte, wenn alles perfekt gewesen wäre, immer mit Ja geantwortet haben ... Ich wäre sofort zur Reparatur gegangen! dear guests, thank you for your appreciation. I am sorry that you have not advised me of the malfunctioning of the oven and of the toaster and above all of the cold water, and I do not understand why at my constant request if everything was perfect you have always answered affirmatively .... I would have proceeded immediately to the repair!

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en Sicile. Visite de Palerme et autres sites touristiques dans l'ouest de l'Ile, avec voiture de location. Région riche en histoire et architecture. Mer belle et propre mais beaucoup de plage avec réservation de transat. Un problème tout de même concernant les poubelles. L'appartement (après la montée des escaliers interminables) est situé face à la baie de Sferracavallo, petit déjeuner et dîner sur le balcon avec coucher de soleil génial. Sur rue très passante et soirées très animées au mois d'août. Giuseppe est très accueillant, et prends soin de notre confort et qualité de séjour.

Desde la comunicación previa a nuestra llegada, al recibimiento por parte de Zacaria y la atención recibida durante nuestra estancia, todo ha sido fantástico. El apartamento está súper bien situado y en los alrededores se pueden encontrar un montón de restaurantes, bares, comercios. Aún así, se trata de una zona muy tranquila y segura. Está equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El primer día las escaleras asustan un poco, pero después es un mal menor si al llegar al apartamento puedes disfrutar de unas maravillosas vistas y puestas de sol. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiríamos sin duda.

A beautiful find
We arrived at Palermo airport at 1030pm. Giuseppe had emailed us to text him when we left the airport. Taxi ride was a bit more than the reviews had said but it was late and we had no other way of getting to Sferracavallo. We arrived at the property and the night life was pretty busy. Giuseppe was there to meet us and helped with our bags. Be aware, this is not a property for the elderly, families with small children or the large framed. We climbed the 3 flights of stairs to enter a charming apartment with a spacious living area, adequately stocked kitchen and shower room with a washing machine. The air con was switched on and it was beautiful until Giuseppe opened the balcony doors. Then it was amazing. A balcony overlooking the marina with sun loungers, bar b q and table and chairs. As it was dark, the view was limited. We then climbed the spiral staircase to our double room with loads of storage space. There is also a single room which we used as a dressing room. Air con again in the bedrooms and another amazing balcony completed the picture. When we woke the next morning, the view was incredible. There a local shops, a bus service which is a bit confusing and two local railway stations. Be careful though. We bought tickets at Palermo station (while on a day trip) from Sferracavallo back to the airport on our last day but the train didn’t exist so we had to walk to Tommaso Natale station about 10 minutes away. We found some lovely local bars and even one of the locals gave us a lift to the station (although it turned out to be the wrong one) 😀 We also visited Mondello a couple of times and took a boat out for half a day. Anyway, our entire stay was absolutely perfect. Sferracavallo is a pretty little fishing port with plenty of places to eat and drink but not too commercialised. The apartment was stunning and Guiseppe was always at the end of the phone. Perfect. Thankyou

Sfeervol appartement
Het appartement is heel gezellig en netjes verzorgd. Op het terras en de slaapkamer heb je een prachtig uitzicht! Ook een voordeel is de airco die zowel beneden als in de slaapkamer aanwezig zijn. De trappen vonden we zelf geen enkel probleem. De gastheer is correct en je kan er terecht voor je vragen. Op wandelafstand zijn er heerlijke visrestaurants. We gingen zelf niet aan het strand daar liggen, maar reden 10 minuten verder naar Isola deel Femine, een mooier en aangenamer strand.

VACANZA BELLISSIMA
Siamo stati in questo appartamento in vacanza 10 giorni a luglio 2019. Da sempre sono solita andare al mare in appartamento..in tanti anni posso dire che l'appartamento di Giuseppe è il più accogliente, pulito, perfettamente attrezzato che io abbia mai trovato. Il proprietario gentilissimo ma discreto. Località tranquilla di giorno, ma molto viva la sera. 5 stelle assolutamente meritate.

Séjour mémorable - vive la Sicile!
Préparez-vous à une expérience culturelle et un séjour mémorables. Notre hôte, M. Mangiaracina est une perle. Toutes les communications lors de la réservation étaient claires et la description des lieux exacte. Oui, l'escalier pour monter au logement semblait interminable (53 marches) et trop étroit, mais c'est le charme de cette propriété, tout comme les deux balcons et la vue imprenable sur la baie de Sferracavallo. On s'habitue rapidement à l'escalier - 2 ou 3 bonnes respirations avant d'affronter "le monstre" suffisent. La climatisation (indispensable durant l'été sicilien) fonctionnait à merveille et permettait de bien dormir en évitant le bruit de la rue. Malgré la grande affuence en soirée (Sferracavallo est un endroit favori des locaux, comme en témoigne l'activité nocturne dans les restos) nous avons toujours pu trouver un emplacement de stationnement, ce qui ne paraissait pas évident à prime abord. M. Mangiaracina est un hôte remarquable - lors d'une panne électrique mineure un dimanche soir 23h30, il a tout de suite répondu à mon appel et réglé le problème (surcharge du disjoncteur principal) par téléphone. Pour la baignade il y a une petite plage a 50m du logement (gratuite), sinon Mondello à 5km (moyennant 15 euros / 2 chaises et un parasol). Coté resto et épiceries il y a de tout au village. Je recommande ce petit nid douillet à tout ceux en quête de dépaysement. Une merveilleuse façon de s'immerger dans la culture et la vie sicilienne.

Emozionante esperienza
This vacation has been a wonderful experience. The apartment has a wonderful sea view, well furnished and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are comfortable and well equipped. In the village there are restaurants, market and everything you need. The center of Palermo can be reached by car in 20 minutes or by bus in 30 minutes.We will definitely come back for another vacation. Thanks to Giuseppe for his kindness and availability.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Giuseppe. C’est un lieu atypique avec une vue extraordinaire. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Il y a d’excellents petits restaurants dont la spécialité est la pêche locale et pour couronner le tout Giuseppe est très accueillant et très attentionné. Il prend des nouvelles de nous avant pendant et après . Encore merci Stéphane et Marie sylene.

Hej, vi har boet i Giuseppe`s lejlighed. Det er en god lejlighed og du kan ikke komme tættere på vandet, lille fiskerhavn. Vi havde bil og havde ingen problemer med at parkere der, på trods af "myretuen" af mennesker og biler i dagtimerne. Det er absolut en fordel at den ligger lidt på afstand af Palermo bycentrum. Vi er pensionister og raske, men men hvis du har bare lidt problemer med dine ben, så er det nok ikke en god ide at tage Giuseppe`s lejlighed, da den ligger på 3. sal og der er en meget dårlig trappe derop. Dejlig by dejlig ø. Husk at tage en tur med hestevogn i Palermo. Mange hilsner Ole (Tre stjerner pga. trappen).

Bring your oxygen tank and disinfectant
We were met by the owner's 'friend' Martin, and although he helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of narrow and steep stairs, was quite rude and abrupt when we finally figured out who he was. The only good thing about the apartment is the view from the terrace. If you're able to make it up the narrow, steep, 4 flights of stairs and then manage to unlock the trick door you walk into an unpleasant smell. The knobs on the stove were sticky and the refrigerator had a rank odor. There were dead bugs on the walls and the neighborhood was very sketchy. Getting up to the bedrooms was another adventure. They were at the top of an extremely narrow spiral staircase. Don't even try to carry your bags up there! We were so turned off by the apartment and the area, we left and checked into a beautiful hotel. Very disappointing way to end our trip, especially since the first 3 places we stayed at were true to their descriptions, reviews and pictures.

kind host, Martin welcomed you and helped you get your luggage up after I waited for you for four hours at home (without warning). The stairs are described on the site and I before confirming the reservation notice very carefully that the apartment is on the third floor and without a lift. You answered that stairs are not a problem for you. As for the cleaning of the gas machine I will control so that it does not happen anymore. Sorry but the door has no make-up and no guest has ever had problems, just turn the key and hold the handle but I will write detailed instructions. Thank you

Superbe vue très bel appartement
Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans cet appartement spacieux et confortable. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. L appartement est propre fonctionnel. Les 3 étages ne nous on pas posé de problèmes . Certes il n y a pas de climatisation dans la petite chambre du haut mais on peut mettre le lit ds la grande chambre. On est bien situé pour visiter trapani marsala palerme..la reserve de zingaro et les villages alentours. La petite plage en bas est tres agreable et la reserve de capo gallo est tres proche à pied. Proprietaire disponible et très sympathique

A lovely small apartment, perfect for two people.active people
We spent the first week of June in this lovely, clean and functional rooftop apartment. The balcony views are just as in the photo's and are added to with the constant hustle and bustle of this busy little fishing port. It great during the day to watch the fishermen, cars and scooters whizzing by. Sicily is a noisy place but here it is quiet at night. Guiseppe was a very helpful host and if you get a problem he texts straight back (you need to pull the flat door toward you to get the lock to work !) OK, there a three flights of stairs ( 50 steps) and a bit narrow, but I had no problems despite dodgy knees and the view makes up for it and trust me you would not want to be in a ground floor apartment here. The spiral stair to the bedroom and single box room is OK too ( the box room does not have aircon so could do with an electric fan) with a single bed, probably best for a youngster though. You can park easily , the WiFi is fine as is the aircon in the lounge and bedroom and there is everything in the town that you need from little supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers etc. and while the kitchen lacks a few utensils it is fine for preparing a meal. However, there must be around twenty restaurants which are such good value you may not want to bother and just have a few aperitifs on the terrace, watch the great sunsets before a couple of minute walk to the centre. It was wonderfully relaxing.

beautiful location, but beware the access...
This beautiful apartment overlooks the small working harbour that is the gem about 20 minutes from central Palermo. Be warned, this is not for those seeking a typical beach holiday. We both love speaking Italian and are ardent seafood buffs...so we bought giant prawns and calamari and cooked outstanding meals for 10 Euros. We then hit the gelateria for a stunning ice cream. If you like to wake up to the sound of little fishing boats pop-pop-popping across the bay then this could be for you. Perfectly functional, clean and with a warm welcome, this place has stunning sea views from the lounge and from the main bedroom above. There is a caveat, however. The access is up 3 flights of tight stairs and then by a spiral staircase to the main bedroom. It just got a bit much (though we were fitter after a week) and at times we could not be bothered to pop to a shop. Seriously, this is a place for 2 fit adults who are not built like prop forwards. You have 17" to get upstairs to bed...or downstairs in the night! So, not for young children or those less mobile... but a cracking place for an agile couple. Highlights: great people but do try some Italian, wonderful overnight seafood stalls popping up everywhere, a super bakery, lovely local wine for 3 Euros, ice cream to drool for and a colourful city nearby. Day tickets by bus cost 3.50 (the 628) and are bought at the tobacconist. Buses also run to the airport (6 E) and the Greek temple of Segesta (about 45 minutes away) Swimming: possible with care in the bay or better at Mondello 5 miles away Access: you have been warned Food: seafood heaven Overall: we were delighted but the access drags 5 stars down to 4.

About the apartment I remind you to have advised that the apartment is not suitable for a family with three children including a baby. In spite of this, I have provided you a highchair and a stroller that you can leave under the apartment. Moreover the cost of the apartment takes into account the absence of the lift. Giuseppe

Pioggia Vento e Tempesta
Abbiamo trascorso nuovamente una Settimana in questo splendido tipico posto che solitamente è un viavai di Barche e Pescatori.Dico solitamente poiché a causa del cattivo tempo i Pescatori hanno preferito rimanere a terra ed insieme trascorrere le giornate uggiose giocando a carte . Il mare tempestoso , il profumo del mare , tutto questo a pochi metri dal tuo balcone. Che vuoi di piu'.Grazie Giuseppe per la tua ospitalità .Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Vi trivdes jättebra i den lilla fina lägenheten nära kajen i den lilla fiskebyn. 53 trappsteg till lägenheten och ytterligare en spiraltrappa till sovrummet. Underbar utsikt över hamnen och havet från balkongerna. Bra standard på kök och badrum. Nära till bussar, butiker och restauranger. Lämpligt boende för två hyfsat pigga personer med tanke på trapporna. Kommer kanske återkomma till denna lägenhet för en lite kortare period nästa gång. Den här gången stannade vi hela November Agneta och Håkan

Great apartment, great vista
Giuseppe was there to meet me at the start of my visit and he was very good about answering any phone calls or queries. There is a limited internet provision which he tried very hard to help us with, but everything else was just perfect. Great view over the harbour, with a fabulous small beach and swimming just across the road. Great little kitchen, lovely terrace, comfortable beds and useful bathroom with washing machine. I absolutely loved my stay in this little fishing village and I would go back again and definitely go back to this apartment again.

Una meraviglia
Tutto bellissimo. L'appartamento è stupendo. Dalle terrazze abbiamo visto albe e tramonti da mozzafiato. Il proprietario Giuseppe sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. L'appartamento tutto pulito e molto ben arredato. Il mare bellissimo sotto casa. Del terzo piano te ne accorgi solo il primo giorno che sali con le valige per il resto in 30 secondi sei già su. E pensare che noi ci siamo stati con 3 bimbe piccole. Una meraviglia.

Vacanza perfetta
Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questo bellissimo appartamento sul mare. L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e pulito. Rispetta la descrizione del sito, e la veduta dalle due terrazze è veramente mozzafiato. Soltanto la cameretta è piccola ma sufficiente per la mia bimba e con una finestra sul soffitto che le è piaciuta moltissimo. Al nostro arrivo Giuseppe ci ha accolto e, gentilissimo, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. La spiaggetta è deliziosa e adatta ai bimbi. La scala per arrivare sull'appartamento è piuttosto ripida ma arrivati su la veduta ti fa dimenticare la salita. Sferracavallo si trova in una posizione strategica: a 20 minuti dal centro città , 10 minuti da mondello, e 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Isola delle Femmine. Spero di tornare e consiglio a tutti questa vacanza. Miriam.c
