We loved the property. The only problem was it was 30 steps up to the B&B. The staff was super, and the breakfast was very good.

Outstanding location. Beautiful property in a historic building. Loved the spacious room and the design. Good breakfast. Our room overlooked a very busy street. It was super noisy at night and hard to sleep, even with the balcony closed. Also, our air conditioning didn’t work properly, and it was hot and stuffy. Not sure why the issue didn’t get addressed despite us bringing it up to with the staff.

Ho soggiornato solamente una notte , ma e' stato sufficente per avere un'idea veramente positiva dell'hotel situato in zona centralissima , ottima posizione x visitare a piedi la maggior parte dei luoghi di interesse. Pulitissimo e ristrutturato penso recentemente visto gli arredi moderni e funzionali,non da meno l'accoglienza e la disponibilita' del personale. Se decidessi di ritornare a Palermo non avrei dubbi,ritornerei sicuramente all'hotel Incanto

It’s exactly the pictures. Super everything! The staff (housekeeping, breakfast and reception) made my stay very welcomed. Cheerful group! The bed and sheets were super, great water pressure, super clean and efficient while maintaining the aesthetics. Fast Wi-Fi, Netflix. Location is really the best spot- right next to the must see Quattro Canti (Fours Corners Square) and the Pretoria Sq. & Fountain. I’m at a list of words for how awesome this hotel is.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of old city.
Fabulous b&b. Large, beautiful room, great facilities. Excellent breakfast (the choice of breakfast items was fantastic) super friendly staff. Ideal location right in the historical centre of Palermo. We absolutely loved everything about this place and would definitely stay again!

I was VERY happy at InCanto! The staff was great and very helpful. I have no complaints at all! The only annoying thing which had nothing to do with InCanto was the noise coming from Quattro Canti. There was loud music starting in the late morning until night but if your out all day enjoying Palermo it shouldn’t be a problem. So thank you InCanto for a great trip to my family’s beautiful city!

Great. The bed is huge and super comfortable, lots of pillows. The espresso machine is easy to use. It's clean. The bathroom is in great condition. They have soaps and conditioner from Sicily (all citrus flavored). Breakfast was full of options. The b&b adapted and took pragmatic precautions with covid. The wall separating the bedroom and the bathroom is made of glass (at least in my room), may be awkward for some people. And it's in a really tiny street, so the GPS is quite useful

Modern, clean B&B with beautiful rooms
This was our first stop in a 2 week trip to Sicily and it was one of our favorite hotels! The room was HUGE without being cavernous, very spacious, clean, comfortable bed and modern decor with a beautiful balcony that overlooked quattro canti square and an old church. Even though there were crowds below us every night it wasn't very noisy at all It was such pleasure coming back to our room after exploring Palermo every day. The breakfast was great too!

Eccellenza nel centro di Palermo
Ottimo B&B in posizione centralissima, arredato con cura e molto confortevole. Bagno molto curato e fornito di ottimi prodotti. Posizione eccezionale a 2 passi dalla piazza dei 4 Canti e dalle vie centrali di Palermo, colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità servita direttamente in camera. Sicuramente consigliatissimo!

beautiful place in very central location
Modern, well equipped room, very clean. Perfect spot for exploring Palermo on foot. But be aware that the hotel is on the second floor without a lift, so it is not ideal if you have problems with mobility (or heavy luggage).

Bien dans l'ensemble mais des choses à améliorer
Points positifs : L'emplacement en plein coeur du quartier historique est parfait pour visiter les principaux monuments. La chambre n°2 est spacieuse, confortable, avec un design sobre et élégant. Le petit balcon qui donne sur la Via Vittorio Emanuele est très agréable et la vue sur l'église San Giuseppe dei Padri Teatini magnifique. L'accueil est impeccable, Federica est charmante et hyper réactive. Elle s'occupe à la demande d'organiser les transferts à l'aéroport, pratique et moins cher qu'avec un taxi classique. Points négatifs : L'insonorisation des chambres est bonne mais le quartier est très animé et vivant, on entend donc le bruit provenant de la rue (en tout cas en août, ceci est sûrement moins vrai hors période touristique). J'ai eu un souci avec la douche : l'eau était soit bouillante avec une pression suffisante, soit froide avec une pression extrêmement faible, ce qui a rendu la prise de douches vraiment problématique. Les distributeurs des produits de bains (gel douche/shampoing/conditionneur) étaient hors d'usage et inutilisables, nous avons dû utiliser la savonnette du lavabo et heureusement j'avais mon propre shampoing. D'autre part les inscriptions indiquant le contenu étaient totalement effacées, impossible de faire la différence entre les produits. 2 étage sans ascenseur : mieux vaut éviter d'avoir une valise trop lourd ou des pb pour se déplacer. Petit-déjeuner : service attentionné mais les produits ne m'ont pas semblé de très bonne qualité.

Of all the places we stayed during our two week Italian adventure our two nights in Palermo at inCanto were our favourite! The room was spacious and lovely, the balcony view amazing and fun to people watch from! Federica was a gracious and accommodating host! My husband was apprehensive about staying in a b&b normally opting for big hotels but I think I have him sold after our experience here!! The beautiful breakfast in bed was such a nice touch! So lucky we found this gem and definitely will be recommending it to others!
