Main house clean and well appointed. The 4th bedroom poorly designed...washer/dryer & sink in closet. No place for hanging clothes. Not as shown on website. Electric cord running across room.Not happy with NO CONTROL over thermostat.Pool dirty upon check-in, but that issue was addressed the next day.

Unfortunately missed the prior tenant review from February but it was spot on. Place was horrible and totally oversold. old tired, dirty, run down, way oversold. hot tub half empty and off when we got there, they did send a pool guys but when he was done it was full of water but so dirty we elected to stay away from it. Have photos of all if you want to see them. hot tub was filthyadvertises a heated pool but if you dont read the fine print you see that you have to call 48 hours in advance and pay extra, misleading. i tried the morning of to get them to turn the heater on they refused. would never come back.

If we could easily access the house it would have been okay. But we were locked out for hours and they didn’t fix the problem. Bummer when you come home late and it’s extremely cold.

The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool, and we loved that it had a large shallow end for them to play safely. Really quiet neighborhood and an easy drive from downtown Palm Springs.

The house is nice. Does the job for sure. No garage parking but fair tradeoff for a cool game room. Pool and hot tub were great to have. Kitchen wasn't the most well appointed but it was fine. Street was paved the day we arrived and Vacasa didn't alert us to that until after we mentioned it to them (they then forwarded a notice from the city...). They also don't accept late checkout requests - the contact will say they don't have access to that part of their system :/ It's a solid spot all in all though

The home was clean. The kitchen was very well stocked but had no cookie sheets or hot pads. The slider in the living room had no lock or latch just a metal pole to place on the track behind it. The slider in the bedroom would not open which presents a real problem in case of a fire. The door knob on the guest bathroom was broken but they were quick to replace it. Pool skimmer had no net. Rug was stained and so was the couch. Everyone we spoke with was extremely nice, the cleaning people did an excellent job cleaning BUT the house itself is run down and having to use a pole to secure the door is absolutely unacceptable!

The house met our needs for the 2 nights. Space was great. Pool and backyard size was very nice. Kitchen was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Some maintenance issues: The knob that operates the shower in guest bath was missing & we needed to pull up a very small screw to turn the shower on. Shower curtain rod in main bathroom fell down immediately and was so cheap or broken that we couldn't figure out how to get it to stay up. The house had a lot of pool towels (big plus) that we used to keep the water from collecting on the floor. The hot water ran out after 2 showers & there were 6 of us getting ready for dinner out. The house is in the windy part of town, which is no problem, but there was no pool net to get all the debris out of the pool, only the handle of what was probably a pool net. We paid for the pool to be heated for 2 nights, check out time is 10am. The house manager said he turned the heater on a couple hours before our 4pm check-in. The heater should have been turned on at 10am or the day before so the pool could be heated when we arrived. We basically had 1 day of a heated pool and paid for 2. One of the bedrooms feels like it's in a laundry room because the washer/ dryer and laundry sink are in a closet which doesn't have doors that close so while you're in the bedroom you're looking at a large, unsightly laundry closet. The game room/ garage was very cool except the floor was dusty/gritty because the garage door does not close all the way and the wind pushes sand inside. The house was bright & cheerful. Kitchen appliances and accessories were excellent. Room sizes were very comfortable. Charging $800+ per night for the house would be acceptable if it was brought up to the standards of other VRBO's I've stayed in. Attention to details would make this a nice rental.

Loved the decor. Kitchen well equipped. I feel like the no outside music issue should be discussed at listing. No AC the first day which made the first day/night a horrible experience. Very spacious. Appreciated the quick response and compensation offered due to AC issue.

Had a nice relaxing trip sitting around the pool enjoying the weather that Palm Springs always delivers. House was clean and decorated cute. Had an issue with the hot tub when we check in but the managers were responsive and we were very impressed by how quickly they got everything sorted. Location was good, near grocery stores and a quick drive to downtown. Recommend for a nice warm getaway.

Great house and location... but you can definitely tell that this has been a rental house for a while. The kitchen is not well equipped... for example, there were no kitchen knives, none... not even the typical cheap dull ones thrown in a drawer. All of the pots/pans are beyond trashed... and it looked (and smelled) like the cutting boards were not cleaned before being put away. The gas grill had two tanks... one was empty and the other one died while we were using it. The pool cleaners never came the entire time we were there, and by the end of our stay the pool was really dirty (had a couple of windy days). All of that said, the rental agency was very responsive about some of the things we reported to them (kitchen knives, and an issue with the pool/hot tub)

We really enjoyed our first-time stay in PS. It was my family (husband & kids), each kid brought a friend, and some local friends met us for a day or two. First impression: as fans of MCM... LOVE the house. The artwork, the furniture, the color palette, on point! That's one of the reasons we chose it. **But that WIND!** It is a VERY windy area of town, so be warned. It kept it a bit cooler, which was great, but not so much for hanging out back to grill, or use fire pit, etc. Not a deal breaker, but definitely something to note. Everything in the house itself was great - clean, colorful, plenty of room, comfy beds, etc. Few minor things- the hall bath needs some attention (toilet does not work well) and my ONLY complaint about kitchen is, no knife block. No bigger sharp knives anywhere to cut a big tri-tip that we grilled. A small thing, but necessary! Otherwise, interior house is amazing! Outside was fun-- we couldn't use fire pit (so windy) and the hot tub was sort of working. It needed attention for sure-- it was a bit dirty, and the wind kept blowing the hard top cover off. The pool needed cleaning as well. Paperwork said a pool guy comes Tues/Sat... he never showed on Tues. The wind storm on Mon night left A LOT of dirt/sand in the pool, and a ton of leaves. We skimmed the top constantly, but the deep end bottom was covered in leaves. Some sort of pool sweep would be helpful. Didn't stop kids from swimming a ton. Bocce was fun, lots of areas in back to lounge around, have a drink, eat on patio. Overall, we really liked it. I think in future I may choose a less windy part of town, but it was close to downtown, 5 min drive to Tram entrance, only 30-40 min drive to Joshua Tree, and a really beautiful area. We really enjoyed this property. There were 2 cockroaches found during our stay, but we didn’t let that ruin our time. Aside from that, the decor is adorable and It really added to our Palm Springs experience.

House was awesome, pretty big! The only thing I didn’t like was one of the rooms where the laundry machine is, is really hot and the air doesn’t properly circulate in there so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep in, so be aware but other than that everything was great!

The house and pool were great! Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend that had plans changed because of COVID. We spent the weekend lounging in the pool. That being said, we missed the information about Palm Springs noise rules prior to arriving at the house. There is absolutely NO outside music and signs are posted on every door which was a bit of a bummer but did not ruin the weekend.

The amenities were great. The pool and jacuzzi were really fantastic. The bocce court and ping pong table were really a blast. The house is cool and has everything you could want including a really nice poolside fire pit! We will definitely rent it again in the future.

Perfect for a girls’ getaway! Fun and bright decor, great pool and spa, fire pit and bocce ball. All took turns in the swinging chair. We all slept like babies! Loved our weekend here!
