Perfect

Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful. The beach was beautiful. The only issue I had was I have a big lifted truck and parking is not very good for a vehicle of that size so if you have a big vehicle double check where you can park but other than that I loved every minute of it. We just stayed in our parking spot an Uber around town. It was perfect.

Condo is great, check in not so much

The condo is well appointed and accurate per the photos. This property is right in front of the elevators and we did NOT have issues with noise. The elevators are quick. Nothing negative to say about the condo itself, it was honestly great and well done. The check in process was a different story. Our condo was not ready until 5:45, so plan on counting on 6pm as the check in time and you wont be disappointed like we were. We were texted when the condo was ready so we could go straight there. HOWEVER, there was discord between the property and the rental agency. Since the condo wasn't ready before the office closed, we had issues & weren't sure if we should use the "emergency" line. The process we were told to use to get parking passes and armbands was incorrect. An employee caught my husband parking in the overflow across the street and told us we would be towed without a parking pass (not in the condo when we arrived). THEN we were informed we had to pay for the "included" spot in the garage as well. In cash only. At 6pm at night. Make note...if you park in the garage it is VERY VERY tight turn radius and the space is small and on the top level. A Grand Wagoneer barely made it and took multiple 3 point turns to make the turn to go to the next level. You pay the same whether in the garage or in overflow. Hopefully, the property manager will build that into the price of the stay in the future. We are still waiting for a manager's call back.

Memorial Day weekend

The stay was excellent , the place was decorated nicely and very clean. What was confusing and annoying was we were told our parking passes would be on the counter in the condo and they weren’t and had to track down someone who could give us some. .

PCB Getaway!

The condo was PERFECT! It was very comfortable with sweeping views of the beach from the large patio. The elevator was right outside the door, so it was very convienant, without being loud. I highly recommend this beautiful space!

KIND OF DISAPPOINTED

WE STAYED IN THIS SAME UNIT IN 2022 AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. NOW IT SHOWS MUCH WEAR. THE SOFA IS SHABBY AND THE OUTDOOR RUGS SUPER WORN. THE INSIDE CABINETS ABOVE STOVE ARE GREASY AND AIR VENTS BLACK WITH DUST.

Immaculate and Luxurious

This condo was so above and beyond our every expectation! Immaculately cleaned and comfortable, while all the modern updates made for fantastic luxury. I’ve been vacationing at PCB for over twenty years, and this condo is on the top of the list of best places to stay.

Panama trip

The parking garage is super tight. Almost stepped on some needles on the beach. The pool is smaller than what the pictures show. The only thing good was our room. Had a good few and the master bed was comfortable.

It was amazing

The only issue that we had was the parking garage and we were in a toyota Camry and it was still a super tight fit. And it was super toddler friendly after he picked up everything he could throw and break which wasn’t a whole lot. it definitely comes with more. kitchen supplies then we thought. but we ate out most nights anyways. would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone looking for a good child friendly condo right on the beach.

Other than the guest/2nd bedroom having an EXTREMELY firm mattress, I would rate the rest of the condo a 5 out of 5. Some may like a hard mattress, just not for me.

Happy Get-Away

We loved many things about this unit…both baths had walk in showers and tons of storage space! Great variety of cookware and our only problem was parking in the 4th floor in a large SUV! Still it was covered parking and we appreciated the assigned space! We had one minor concern and it was handled immediately and we were very pleased with how important it was to mgmt that we were satisfied with the resolve. We would definitely stay there again!!

Property was accurate to photos, great location. Unit was very clean, well maintained and included pretty much anything we needed. Check in/out were easy and the building was very quiet though it appeared full during our stay. Would definitely rebook!

Couch was broke down and very uncomfortable. Dining room table chairs were broke down very uncomfortable very low and stained. Washer was broken for Two weeks to get a part for it. Had to use a laundry service. Hot tub was broken for two weeks because of parts. Pool was not heated for two weeks unknown reason. Ramp to the beach was steep, wood was very bad and slippery. One elevator was broke down for the whole 4 weeks we were there. All elevators were broke down one time forcing me to walk up 14 floors to get to our condo. The reserved parking was a nightmare. The Ramps were so narrow and steep it was very difficult to climb them and if you uncounted someone else.coming up it was almost impossible to get around them. The parking spot was so narrow that to fit in it you had to park so close to the wall you couldn’t open you car door if you parked within the lines. Everyone we talked was complaining about the parking issues. Would rather park outside than in that parking garage.

Beautiful in every way!

It was a cold week but we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo was perfect. Everything was just as I imagined. Comfy bed. Well decorated. Nice amount of necessities in the kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. Really nice balcony & furniture. Beach is gorgeous. We would definitely stay there again!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate! We couldn't ask for a better management company. They went above beyond with their communication. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond. They followed up to make sure we had everything thing we needed once we arrived. We would most certainly book this condo again and moreover, would seek out this management company in the future!

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean upon arrival which I always appreciate and it appeared nearly identical to the pictures posted. We stayed in the guest bedroom and while the bed was a little firm for our tastes I'm sure others will appreciate it. The others with us enjoyed the master suite and said they slept quite well. The balcony is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the plush furniture when we spent time on it. On a random note the couch is just as comfy as it appears in the pictures. We didn't use it much, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked as well. We only had two complaints about the property the first being the parking. That parking garage is TIGHT and honestly a little dangerous. Please do not even attempt to bring a large truck into this garage as it won't make the turns of another vehicle is present. If you do, I'd suggest parking across the street. Nothing the owners can do about that though. Our second complaint is that you can't set up a canopy or even umbrellas in front of the property on the beach. You have to go to one side or the other of the long strip of rental chairs. It was a little disappointing have to drag our belongings farther down the beach. This may be included in the contract/description and I missed it. If so that's my fault. There is beach access literally next to the property where you can enter and put up a canopy so it was just dragging our stuff a little farther. Beautiful, comfortable, clean property overall.

Beautiful condo & Balcony

We enjoyed our stay, the pictures are completely accurate. The only issue we had was parking is on the 4th floor and we were in a Dodge truck, the truck was unable to make the turns, so a lot of adjusting to get in and out, otherwise excellent condo!

Amazing Condo

The property was amazing. Just as pictured. Clean! The view was amazing. The only thing is parking garage is tight big vehicles might have issues but in a car we were fine. Will definitely stay again it was amazing.
