Great condo on the beach

The condo was great. It was clean and fit our needs for 6 adults and 3 children perfectly. Since this unit is designed to sleep 10 – the assumption that there would be more than one car is probable. We had to pay an additional 40 to park the second car across the street. We’ve never had to do this before. I believe that this fee was determined by the owner, since the office had to check the unit number. She stated that each unit was different. The kitchen table sat 8 people but it was extremely narrow. The kids sat at the bar so we managed. A wider table would have been better. Also, in your description of the unit, you should indicate that there is a Keurig coffee maker. If we had known, we would have also brought some pods. There were certainly enough plates and cups – but the silverware was a problem. I texted the office that we didn’t have any teaspoons. They delivered 6 teaspoons promptly. I noticed later that there were only 8 forks. 3 forks were dropped off. These were the smallest forks I have ever seen. This condo is able to sleep 10 people. There should be a MINIMUM of 10 of everything. We had to keep washing the forks by hand to have enough for each meal. There were plenty of knives. Our only other complaint is that the baking sheets were disgusting. If any guest is planning on using them – bring foil to cover them. The kids enjoyed the games at the condo and the beach equipment. We would rent this unit again but I would bring some plastic silverware.

Perfection!

Exceptional condo and service! The balcony was our favorite with breathtaking views, cozy furniture, tables for meals and games, and extra beach toys in the storage chest. The rooms, bedding, tvs/entertainment, kitchen, and showers were high quality. Parking was convenient and a quick stop by the first floor elevators to grab our beach gear each day. The elevators were quickly available each time. Our boys loved the lighting in the bunk room! Our stay was perfect in every way! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

PCB Family Vacation

The condo was very spacious and easily fit our family of 10. The kids loved the double bunk room and everyone appreciated having their own bathroom. There was plenty of seating and space for everyone in the kitchen / living room area. Our parking spot was covered and ideally located in the parking garage. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub when we wanted a break from the ocean waters and waves. The pool and deck area are small, but it never really felt crowded. A surprise bonus was finding out that we got two chairs and an umbrella on the beach with our unit! The unit was not stocked with essentials, so we had to purchase a bit more than anticipated (for example, we only got 2 garbage bags, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, no tissues, one roll of paper towel, and only two packets for the dishwasher). There were also no condiments available, we even had to purchase salt and pepper. Despite these minor inconveniences, the property was truly beautiful. The balcony was huge and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the breathtaking views of the Gulf and the white sandy beach. We highly recommend and hope to return soon! Thank you!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week in this condo. So nice to have bathrooms and bedrooms for each family. The balcony was a wonderful size with comfortable furniture. So nice to enjoy morning coffee overlooking the ocean.

Family Accommodations to the Max

Plenty of room for the whole family. Spacious balcony with plenty of seating with amazing beach views. Decor was excellent. The kids especially loved the bunk room as it was outlined with LED rope lighting. The games and beach gear provided entertainment for all ages. The high chair really came in handy and there was even a pack-n-play provided. Book That Condo staff was friendly, helpful and available ensuring our stay was easy and enjoyable. Thanks for the great vacation stay!

AC not working when we checked in

A/C was not working when we checked in. The compressor was locked up. Contacted management and they put portable ac units in the condo. I know things happen but the ac units on the property looks totally neglected. When you pay that much money for a condo you want it to be right!! I will not stay at this property again

Love it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was nice, well equipped and comfortable. The balcony was the star of the show. We spent so much time out there just enjoying the beauty and the breeze. The company who does beach chair rentals was awesome! Great rates for a comfy day on the beach. We didn't want to leave and are already planning our next trip!

Best place we've stayed

Loved this unit. We had a family of 8 ages 9 to 75. We all had a great stay. Very well equiped for our needs. 2 gaming systems and games. Place was very clean, including floors. You can only park 1 car in the garage and the other one across the street in their overflow lot. Heated pool was nice and warm and the hot tub nice and hot.. The gym and dry sauna upstairs was a huge trreat. We will be back!

Wonderful trip

There were 4 people in our group. The condo had more than enough room for us. The large balcony was awesome and time was spent there each day. The condo was clean & beautifully decorated. All agreed the beds were very comfortable. Although we chose not to cook, the kitchen was thoroughly furnished. Hope to stay here again soon.

Very nice, large condo

We took our 4 adult children plus 1 girlfriend. So, our daughters shared the bunk bed room and everyone else had their own private room and bathroom - which was awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and a variety of cookware. We loved the huge balcony. The parking is not ideal and we did have 2 different occurrences of people parking in our spot, which was frustrating.

Beautiful condo

The location of the condo is great. The elevators were under repair our entire stay so that was a negative. The layout of the condo is perfect! Four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We had an issue with the electricity being turned off accidentally. It was off for about three hours on a rainy day. We were supposed to have some compensation but it never came.

Great beach property

Very clean and exactly as described in listing. Little extras like the beach chairs/toys were a nice bonus for our boys. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out when we had some down time back in the room. Pool was nice and warm...even when the weather was not. Parking in the attached garage is a bit of an issue if you have a large vehicle like a full-size pickup truck, but just used overflow lot across the street. Overall very pleased with our choice to stay here.

Great!

This property was perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms were just right. My granddaughter got to have a room of her own. Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room. But, the floors didn't feel like they had been swept well. Very sandy. We had to sweep again our selves. And there seemed to be a lot of little things that needed to be addressed. Broken or loose door handles, not enough spoons for 10 people, and just over all sprucing up. Other than that, it was A Great vacation for our whole family. We may be back next year. Thank You!

Great Condo

Definitely would stay here again, hopefully next year.This place is in a perfect location,end unit on the 6th floor, completely renovated. Immaculate.My son and his wife, only concern was the queen size bed mattress wasn't comfortable, maybe needs to be replaced.

Short vacation

This condo was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 of us. Right on beach. The views were fabulous!! The deck is huge w plenty of seating! C3 elevators. Never had a wait. Very short drive to sites and restaurants. Definitely will be staying here again!
