We had a wonderful week in this condo. So nice to have bathrooms and bedrooms for each family. The balcony was a wonderful size with comfortable furniture. So nice to enjoy morning coffee overlooking the ocean.

Plenty of room for the whole family. Spacious balcony with plenty of seating with amazing beach views. Decor was excellent. The kids especially loved the bunk room as it was outlined with LED rope lighting. The games and beach gear provided entertainment for all ages. The high chair really came in handy and there was even a pack-n-play provided. Book That Condo staff was friendly, helpful and available ensuring our stay was easy and enjoyable. Thanks for the great vacation stay!

A/C was not working when we checked in. The compressor was locked up. Contacted management and they put portable ac units in the condo. I know things happen but the ac units on the property looks totally neglected. When you pay that much money for a condo you want it to be right!! I will not stay at this property again

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was nice, well equipped and comfortable. The balcony was the star of the show. We spent so much time out there just enjoying the beauty and the breeze. The company who does beach chair rentals was awesome! Great rates for a comfy day on the beach. We didn't want to leave and are already planning our next trip!

Loved this unit. We had a family of 8 ages 9 to 75. We all had a great stay. Very well equiped for our needs. 2 gaming systems and games. Place was very clean, including floors. You can only park 1 car in the garage and the other one across the street in their overflow lot. Heated pool was nice and warm and the hot tub nice and hot.. The gym and dry sauna upstairs was a huge trreat. We will be back!

There were 4 people in our group. The condo had more than enough room for us. The large balcony was awesome and time was spent there each day. The condo was clean & beautifully decorated. All agreed the beds were very comfortable. Although we chose not to cook, the kitchen was thoroughly furnished. Hope to stay here again soon.

We took our 4 adult children plus 1 girlfriend. So, our daughters shared the bunk bed room and everyone else had their own private room and bathroom - which was awesome! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and a variety of cookware. We loved the huge balcony. The parking is not ideal and we did have 2 different occurrences of people parking in our spot, which was frustrating.

The location of the condo is great. The elevators were under repair our entire stay so that was a negative. The layout of the condo is perfect! Four bedrooms and four bathrooms. We had an issue with the electricity being turned off accidentally. It was off for about three hours on a rainy day. We were supposed to have some compensation but it never came.

Very clean and exactly as described in listing. Little extras like the beach chairs/toys were a nice bonus for our boys. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out when we had some down time back in the room. Pool was nice and warm...even when the weather was not. Parking in the attached garage is a bit of an issue if you have a large vehicle like a full-size pickup truck, but just used overflow lot across the street. Overall very pleased with our choice to stay here.

This property was perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms were just right. My granddaughter got to have a room of her own. Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room. But, the floors didn't feel like they had been swept well. Very sandy. We had to sweep again our selves. And there seemed to be a lot of little things that needed to be addressed. Broken or loose door handles, not enough spoons for 10 people, and just over all sprucing up. Other than that, it was A Great vacation for our whole family. We may be back next year. Thank You!

Definitely would stay here again, hopefully next year.This place is in a perfect location,end unit on the 6th floor, completely renovated. Immaculate.My son and his wife, only concern was the queen size bed mattress wasn't comfortable, maybe needs to be replaced.

This condo was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 9 of us. Right on beach. The views were fabulous!! The deck is huge w plenty of seating! C3 elevators. Never had a wait. Very short drive to sites and restaurants. Definitely will be staying here again!

What a beautiful place, it’s as nice as the pictures. The set up of the rooms with each having a private bath was perfect for each family. The view from the balcony could not have been any better and the location of the property was convenient to everything. If I had anything to complain about, would be that we were not able to get access to our condo until 6:00 pm, but we were able to use the resort amenities prior to that. We will definitely stay rent it again when in PCB next and will recommend this property to others

We were so happy with this condo overlooking the beach! The teens could go out without parents, because of the location. And the older set could spend hours on the balcony watching the waves and people below. Bedrooms were GREAT. Bathrooms impressive!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation of 8. The two master suites were the deciding factor when we were comparing different locations and it was fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice, the unit is gorgeous. The back porch is beyond spacious, and the gaming consoles were the icing on the cake with 3 teenagers during the one stormy night. If we come back with this large of a group again we would absolutely stay here again. We have stayed at multiple other condos and had the best experience here with the elevator wait times so far. Just to note, the one reserved parking space is tough for larger vehicles/trucks. Not a complaint as it’s a parking garage, and purchasing an additional pass is first come, first serve. The location is far enough down from the “congested” part of the PCB strip making it perfect for families or anyone looking for a more relaxed area.
