The AC was not working when we arrived. Was not fixed until 10pm our first night. The hot tub smelt so nasty and had a foggy color like no one cleaned it before we arrived. They had at least 10 Amazon Echos with camera and had cameras outside pointing to the hot tub and outside area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property.... From the grill to the hot tub. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants... My Mother said she will be back again!!!!

The house was nice, however, the grill did not work, the batteries in the smoke detector in the master went out and started beeping. The TV in the master did not work properly. They delivered a hot tub the day we were leaving and asked us to help move it. It wasn't a horrible experience but I expected more for what I spent on the house.

The house is nice and has plenty of room. Upon arriving we noticed the master bedroom didn’t appear to be cleaned. Contacted the rental company and they were excellent on getting someone back out. Super friendly and helpful customer service. We enjoyed the house and would stay here again.

We were in town for the men's softball world series. We had 12 adults with us and the room and set up for this house was perfect. We probably could have added a couple more adults comfortably. The outside set up was amazing especially for the start up of college football. Everything was clean with the exception of the floor. Soon after we got there our feet were black as if the floor had not been mopped or mopped with a dirty mop. Other than that, no complaints at all.

OMG. This place is awesome. After reviewing 5 or more homes for our first girl cousins trip we all concurred it was the perfect spot. It was so spacious that the 8 of us didn’t feel cramped for the 4 day trip. We all came from 4 different states and had not seen each other in 20 years. We were greeted with a beautiful cake, card, and little gifts bags, accompanied by drinks cold already in the refrigerator. That was an extra on top of the other extras this place offered. They had games, bikes, outdoor living, an Xbox and plenty of necessities. Check this out: every bedroom had its own ironing board with an iron. Never have I stayed in a home that was as thoughtful as they were. It’s the little simple things that makes this vacation home the perfect spot for any large group. There was a miscommunication about the number of bikes that came with the unit but the owners made good on what was printed. When we arrived there were only 4. By the next morning there were 8. We truly enjoyed every aspect of this visit. When we called about the bikes, the tv channels and a few ants they responded quickly, professionally and with an attitude of kindness. We’re already planning our 2nd girls cousins trip for 2024. I heard they will have an even better house with our very own pool. There is so much more I could say about this beautiful home. Just book it and experience it for yourselves. We will most definitely rent from you again. Loved it and thanks

I really enjoyed my stay I was celebrating my 18th Wedding Anniversary when we arrived we had a Anniversary Card that was signed by the workers and a bottle of Champagne I was amazed about this I Love this home and also the company I will be back and also will let family and friends know about this visit. We had a comfortable and convenient vacation because of this home. Located a bike ride from the beach and equip with smart and updated appliances it was a perfect fit. For a party of ten the space worked out well and didn’t feel crowded.

Yes this house was very clean, well maintained, brand new appliances and all above it Fully Loaded, the reason I said Fully Loaded because it has everything you need for you vacation on beach side, like Bikes, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, Ice Chest, Cart to load all your items and walk through beach, oh did I mentioned that they have Bluetooth surroundings speakers system all over the Backyard for party? Yes they have that too, we celebrated the Birthday Party in the Backyard and have a great time at this house. Thank you so much for all those wonderful things make our memories great

It was a great place to stay! Everything went well! Love how the house was decorated! Had one issue with the door not locking, but I called and someone came pretty quickly to change the batteries. Everyone had a great time. Definitely would stay at again!
