Another Great Stay at High Pointe!

Wonderful once again
Fantastic stay on 30A!! Dwight‘s place is incredible, the best location in the area! Patio opens to pool and short walk down to ocean with the most amazing sand, two chairs and an umbrella ready to go!! The condo is very nice but also comfortable. Perfect!! Lots of room. Very clean. The only thing that could be improved would be if the property’s pool was heated, it’s very chilly, the last few spring breaks we’ve stayed. Hard for kiddos. Spend lots of time in hot tub! Excited to go back!!

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay. Dwight was responsive and a great communicator. The first floor unit was great with kids… easy access to the pool and beach. The hot tub was out of service all week which was disappointing. The pool is definitely not heated, so we didn’t use it- much too cold for even our kids who don’t mind cooler water! For the price, it would be nice having paper products supplied for the week, and we really would’ve enjoyed having beach toys for the kids! There was one shovel that was probably left by a previous guest which our kids enjoyed, but having things to make sandcastles would’ve been great since its hard to bring beach toys and also beach towels when traveling by plane. The wrist bands were a pain wearing all over the property because they are one size fits all- but we worked around that by putting them on our bags. The included bike rental was a pain to start and took us at least 45 minutes to find out what we had to do and where we had to go- the bikes were not well kept and had fat tires and the locks didn't work on them. Overall, we would recommend High Pointe, and hope to return.

A favorite property for our family!
We have stayed here many times. Great location, wonderful property owner and comfortable accommodations. The only downside this year was the pool was closed for maintenance/ repair ( although the owner let us know as soon as he was aware) but that was a real disappointment.

The best location
We have stayed here before and will stay again. Dwight is very easy to work with and you can’t beat the location. It’s a great set up for a family with little kids and being on the ground floor and can go right out the patio door to the pool. We love the included beach service as well. We hope to be back soon!

Great stay! Awesome location!
This was a great condo! I loved that it was on the first floor and looked on to the pool! It was easy access to load and unload luggage, groceries, and beach toys. The condo was well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids.

Perfect location
This property met and exceeded our expectations. We had a 6 year old who loved the pool, and the rest of us enjoyed the easy access to the beach and other activities in the area. Everyone on the property was friendly and helpful, and Dwight was right on top of all communications. I highly recommend this listing. We hope to visit again.

Perfect for our family
Amazing spot- opens right out to the pool and right behind that is the beach… perfect spot for those with little kids. 5 min walk to Rosemary Beach square, owner is great with communicating. Hoping to come back someday.

Fantastic Property and Host!
We've stayed at High Pointe 7 years in a row, this our first time staying in Dwight's unit, and won't be the last! He is a fantastic host from check in through check out. We didn't need anything during our stay as the unit has it all and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend and can't wait to make it back next year.

Wonderful Stay
Our experience with the resort and property owner was nothing short of excellent. We have never stayed at this property before but based on recommendations of friends, we tried it out. The ground level unit was very convenient for going to the beach each day and the pool view was nice. Unit proximity to the beach and surrounding restaurants, shops, and convenience stores was something we've been missing when renting houses along 30a in the past. The unit was as described, well stocked with essentials, and the owner was easily available when we needed to communicate. Our only complaints are that it was a slightly more crowded beach area than accustomed to with house rentals in the past but that was to be expected. Secondly, the thermostat seemed to be locked out at a minimum temperature and the master bedroom seemed to be 3-4 degrees above our comfort level. We never contacted the owner to see if this could be fixed because it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Would highly recommend.

Best place to stay on Seacrest Beach
We loved the convenience to the pool and beach...peddlars village and Rosemary. It's also a bike ride to the hub. Dwight is awesome and the condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Comfy beds and great big sectional. We had plenty of room. You can walk right out to the pool from the back porch and directly to Crabby Steve's outdoor resturant and bar and Beach. If you haven't been to 30A or have make sure you book this condo. We loved it! We arrived early and Dwight did everything he could to get the Condo cleaned and ready for us.

Perfect Family Vacation spot!
We could not have asked for a better place for our first family vacation in years. Dwight’s place was well stocked, beautifully decorated - perfect family relaxing atmosphere - and had a fantastic location. Being right off the pool was perfect for nap time so we could lay out. The resort itself was awesome, we especially loved the super short walk across the pool and down the steps to the beach - and the included beach chairs & tent were essential! I’ve already recommended this place to friends and would love to return again :)
