Muy decepcionado, llegue hacer mi check in y no me dieron habitacion hasta 3 horas despues, tenia a mis hijas al borde de la locura no sabia que mas hacer para entretenerlas, varias veces fui con la chica del mostrador haber si mi cuarto estaba listo pero siempre decia que no. Lo raro es que siempre salia gente con llave en mano y me preguntaba porque a mi no me dan llave??... al final de 3 horas por fin me dieron mi cuarto y eso porque volví a preguntar, la chica dijo que habia olvidado llamarme, cuando le deje mas de 3 veces mi numero. La habitacion era linda pero sucia, encontramos ropa del huesped anterior en el closet. Una de las camas parecia que no se habia cambiado la sabana, decidimos no usarla, el refri la puerta casi se caía. La verdad me decepcione y me senti discriminado. Lo importante que mis hijas se divirtieron ellas son pequenas y no saben que sucede, que bueno que ellas disfrutaron.

No del todo bueno. Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicación frente a la playa. Las camas no son queen, son full. Los empleados no son agradables. No hacen la limpieza durante el dia en las habitaciones.

Deberían actualizar las fotos, el estado del hotel es viejo sucio las habitaciones huelen a cigarro, el area de desayuno es muy pequeña y solo se reduce a café y avena, es costoso para lo que ofrece

Mi habitacion estaba en el 6to piso, cuando llegamos nos dimos cuenta que la maquina de hielo de este piso no servia, asi que nos toco dirigirnos al 3er piso a buscar hielo. La habitación estaba limpia pero no dejaron juego de cama para el sofacama de la habitación, pagamos por una habitación para 5 personas y solo habian 2 toallas, no me cambiaron las toallas sino hasta el 3er dia que baje y pedí me las cambiaran. No me chequeaban la habitación a diario asi que ni la basura sacaban. La ubicación del hotel es buena pero siento que el servicio si es bastante deficiente

We showed up and was transferred to a different hotel which was nothing like the hotel I originally booked. I can’t even begin to explain how rude the check in clerk was and how awful the hotel we were transferred to was. We booked a hotel on the beach with a view and balcony and what we got was a run down hotel across the street from the beach, no balcony, the room was disgusting with bugs everywhere and extreme mold. My kids woke up itching most the night. If we weren’t so tired and had other options we would have left immediately.

I’m all about a decent deal for decent price. Price was good. However hot tub was broke. Heater in pool was not working. That usually would not be to big of a deal but I booked expecting that. Also the beach was double red flagged so it would have been nice to enjoy both. Kids swam in pool but they would swim in any degrees lol. Hard to get someone to deliver send towels up and a new remote due to ours not working. Over all decent place, great location.

The staff during the night time is very very rude. Suddenly , at 3 am in the night , there was a leakage from the bathroom ceiling and entire floor was flooded. They suggested us to pack everything and move to other nearby properties. The staff also said you can sleep in the flood if you wish to. Very bad service, they didn't even acknowledge that we had to go through tough time at night but rather spoke very rudely.

Staff was amazing beach view was amazing but pool could have been cleaned and the Jacuzzi was disgusting so the fact that told me at check in that it was one but got to it and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time

I stayed in the Jacuzzi suite on floor 7 for 4 nights, 2 of wich was with a shower that only had cold water. Jacuzzi and shower had a lot of black mold, bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder or a waste bin in the bathroom. Window to the balcony was stained and couldn't see through it. First night I complained 3 times to the front desk about loud base at midnight from the room next door before it was finally handled. Pool was disgusting... I'm so let down and feel my money was so wasted staying here

One elevator was broke most of the time but at one point both elevators were broke and we were on the 7th floor. There was an oven but no pans to bake with. The kitchen sink didn’t drain. No one ever came to give fresh towels or take the trash. When I went to check in they had my phone number under a different name which they blamed on Expedia.

The ice machines don't work. The bathroom had a big pile of hair under the sink. The outdated phone in the bedroom section was broken. There was only one remote to use for two different tvs.

The room had black mold, broken doors and broken parts on the stove. It worked fine for a last minute reservation for one night but I would not recommend this hotel at all. I was a little scared and grossed out to stay. The pool is also freezing cold and not heated and the hot tub is not functional.

The ocean view I loved but the cleanness room was terrible, water leakage at faucet in kitchenette, carpet looked very dirty and dingy., hair in the shower and floor in bathroom looked like it had mold, floors stained bad and hot tub was nasty and unclean
