El lugar necesita mantenimiento, las habitaciones están ordenadas, pero sin ambientador, la ropa de cama huele a sucio, hay cucarachas, la atención del personal de servicio es terrible. Pensé que por el precio que Águeda por dos días la estancia sería maravillosa.

terrible, I made the reservation online and when we arrived aya we had to pay $ 300 more for the alleged cleaning they never did, they did not give me my room I had ordered and the air did not work

Cobran por todo .los gastos no incluyen deposito. taxas. Limpieza.y hasta para ir a las albercas pague de mas 515dls tengan cuidado con este resort . y nunca fueron a limpiarlo .

Quitar los contenedores de basura de ese sitio!
El olor a basura era horrible! En el cuarto no había muebles ni closet para poner la poner la ropa! Las televisiones estaban en una posición que no era cómoda para verla, no había plancha y la playa muy sucia!!

No tan convencido.
Desafortunadamente no fue del todo agradable. Es un lugar de turismo y no tienen el servicio de español (por ejemplo). La atención en el desk sobre personas extranjeras es notoria ante los no extranjeros. Nos quedó mal sabor a boca. Ojalá y tomen en cuenta esta sugerencia.

The location was awesome. The only thing I didn't like was costumer service every body in front desk was very rude. Also we paid $150 cleaning fee and they still told us we had to take trash out and clean it before getting out.

Primero para entrar al parqueo era un problema de 11 niveles y mucho tráfico por la incomodidad del espacio Segundo para 23 pisos solo funcionaban solo 2 ascensores había que esperar hasta 40 minutos para subir o bajar demaciadas personas utilizándolo Tercero la limpieza estuve 4 días y nunca llegaron ni a barrer,pero si me cobraron por ese servicio

We were Charged $130 for fee and $120 for cleaning and when arrived the leg of the bed was broken and half i fixed it until he next day the elevator takes a long time so much that there are 2 elevares for a lot people and parking is a paín of head long time to give so many returns never return

Would not even come look at how nasty the room was it took 2 hours to get moved to another room and multiple phone calls. I would never stay there again.

The Condo was terrible, there were stains on bedding, it was a 3rd world country apartment where the water would shut off and come back on. The Pool was terribly cold, like Northern Michigan Cold. The beach was off limits and there were so man people with no security. Police had to clear the beach 3 days that we were there. It was unsafe for my family. My Wife and Daughters thought this would have been safer than going to Mexico wow, were they wrong. Also, my car was hit! In the parking lot parked. The parking is terrible. Going up a one lane road all the way to the 11th floor in the parking garage and then having to back in so your car can fit in the parking spot was incredibly nerve racking.. Needless to say it was the worst vacation I have been on in a while...

The wall in the master bedroom was pouring water down it and had black mold on the baseboard. It wasn't even raining outside. The indoor pool/hot tub was disgusting. The outdoor pool was freezing and nobody was able to swim in it. There were stains (from what we don't know) on the furniture. The dishwasher left the dishes dirty, leaving behind a black substance on the dishes (we hand washed everything). The front door of the unit was broken. The bar/restaurant wasn't open, even though it was advertised. The best thing about the property was the parking, as it was close to our 10th floor unit. Overall it was terrible. We left a day early. We would never go back.

Unfortunately, we never got any calls or messages about a leak in your room and upon inspection at departure no leak was detected. If you could please send us more information about the leak and where it was coming from please. Also, as for the outdoor pool it was winter time when you came to the resort. The outdoor pool is not advertised as heated only the indoor pool.

Staying at this property was a great experience for me and my family! It was very family friendly. Great food and drinks and environment. Unfortunately we had to leave early because i got sick so we didnt stay the whole time we paid for but will definitely come back again and get to stay the whole time!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loves the washer and dryer in the room. However, the unit was not up to par. Dishwasher was old and not mounted into cabinet - tilted forward when opened and slides drawn out. Only one burner on stove worked - the others were dirty and smoked when turned on because of old food residue. There was no exhaust fan on stove. Only 1 fork - need more utensils. Towels and sheets thin and cheap. Pull out couch mattress flat and lumpy - could not sleep on it - very uncomfortable. Fridge made strange noises. Tv volume would not go up - we could hardly hear the tv. No dustpan, only broom. Our parking spot was on level 11, so it took 5.5 minutes upon entering the parking garage to reach our spot.

The whole property was filthy. The condo was very dirty too. There was urine on one of the toilets. The floors hadn’t been mopped and barely swept. The TV’s were not operable because remote were broken (tried new batteries). The TV in the living room had a black shadow on the picture. Not enough silverware. Balcony was filthy!!! The instructions to get to your condo wasn’t communicated. You get the condo number the parking but not the floor your condo is on. We needed a push wheelchair and security called a company they found on google, not a vetted company by Shore of Panama. I spoke with the company and gave them information. They said a chair was being a rush delivery. Over an hour later no chair. I called the company and they had no clue what I was talking about. I think your security team and management did an EPIC FAIL! You had sand wheelchairs, which is great, but why do you not have your own push wheelchair? Security said you use to. If this is true, shame on you! Disabled guests spend money just like regular folk! The only positive thing that happened was having to extend due to my husband becoming ill, which is why I needed a chair. The girl that took care of this was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Give her a raise and get her to train your other subpar staff. This was a horrible experience. We will not be back! We will also leave other online reviews. I wonder if ADA laws are being broken????? Hummmm?

We are sorry to hear you did not have an enjoyable stay. The condo floors are self explanatory EX. if your condo was 1125 then that would be the 11th floor. Also, ADA laws do not apply to private residences only public establishment's.
