Correcto pero lejos del metro
Trato agradable, habitación confortable y limpia. Traslado y recogida cada 1/2 hora hasta el metro y hasta las 12 de la noche. Único problema, está demasiado lejos del metro, cuando vas tarde el recorrido no se hace agradable, hay que caminar 19 minutos.

El hotel está por debajo de las 4 estrellas, la atención por parte de recepción es mala. En general no va de acuerdo al costo.

Personal amable,muy limpio,el baño un poco pequeño y el metro un poco lejos para ir a pie cada día.

Muy buen hotel. Personal de recepcion muy amable.
Servicio excelente de Shuttle bus al metro. Habitaciones muy limpias aunque algo pequeñas. Las habitaciones privilege cuentan con todo lo necesario y son magnificas. Realmente recomiendo muchisimo este hotel.

Nice location, nearby the train station la defense. Supermarket is 5 minutes away. Friendly staff at the reception. Bathroom is very small. There is coffee stain on the carpet and sofa in the room.

I wasn’t too happy with this hotel at all. Firstly, I purchased an adapter but it wasn’t working so I asked for a refund. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt so I showed them my bank statement and everything but they didn’t refund me because according to them, they couldn’t see any transactions made. Worse part of it is that they even kept the adapter and offered me nothing. Not even a new one. So now I’ve lost money. Also the room was so cold.

We had our flight Venice to Paris cancelled due to Italian strike, called as soon as we got the email to try and manage not losing the whole reservation and they declined every suggestion. We understand the hotel has its own rules, but this was something we could not know, there were no plane ticket or even train tickets that would allow us arriving the day of our reservation, only day before or days after. They charged the whole cancellation. These are things costumers appreciate, individualizing cases, knowing when to be flexible and when a cancelation is not an option.

Room was ok. Getting woke by housekeeping at 9am on a Sunday morning was not. Had to always ask for extra towels and toilet rolls. We also had someone come to door at 10am asking if we wanted tea or coffee with a trolley? Very strange.

I've stayed many times at this hotel and normally it's excellent, but this time (May 2023) there were a few issues. I know most of the hotel has been refurbished recently, but it feels like this room had been forgotten - the bathroom especially feels old and tired (even if perfectly clean). The shower holder broken so had to hold shower by hand. Not a disaster, but inconvenient when in a hurry. I requested a receipt to be emailed, but didn't receive it until I chased via email. Apart from these issues, the rest of the hotel is great and the breakfast was excellent, as always!

파리 근교의 조용한 주택가에 위치한 호텔
파리 출장 때문에 다녀왔습니다. 호텔이 위치하는 Courbevoie는 파리 중심부와는 조금 떨어져있는 주택가로 조용하고 안전하다는 느낌이 듭니다. 호텔 주변 식당들에 합리적인 가격의 식당들을 쉽게 찾을 수 있었고 그곳에서 저녁 늦게 식사를 하고 있는 동네 사람들을 마주칠 수 있었습니다. 업무 때문에 밤 11시 정도에 숙소로 들어오곤 했는데 위험하다고 생각되지 않았습니다. La defense 역까지는 빠른 걸음으로 15분 정도 소요됩니다. 저층부와 중층부의 일반 객실이 있고 고층부의 privileged room이 있습니다. 저는 privileged room으로 업그레이드를 받을 수 있었고 이 점에 대해서는 매우 감사하게 생각합니다. Privileged room에는 탄산음료와 물, Nespresso 커피가 무료로 포함되어 있고 평일에는 12층에 있는 식당에서 조식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 휴일에는 12층 식당에서 조식을 운영하지 않아서 1층 식당만 운영을 합니다. 저는 프랑스 휴일 때문에 절반은 12층에서 식사를 했는데 연어 유무나 빵 종류, 과일, 햄 종류에서 조금 차이가 있고 뷰가 좋아서 12층 식당에서의 식사는 값어치를 한다고 느꼈습니다. 건물은 구석구석 조금 오래된 느낌이 들었으나 방은 깨끗하고 고층이라 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다른 후기들에 남겨져 있는 것처럼 단체 관광객들 때문에 로비가 대체로 소란스러운 편이었습니다. 더불어 직원들도 영어를 평균적으로 아주 잘 하지는 못 하고 아주 친절하지는 않습니다. 묵는 동안 카드키가 4차례 정도 작동을 제대로 안해서 왔다갔다 했는데 문화적인 차이 때문인지 별로 미안해하는 기색을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 회사에서 숙박 비용을 지불해줘서 전반적으로는 만족스럽고 업무차 올 때 또 와도 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 파리 호텔 비용이 국내보다 조금 비싼 편이어서 제가 직접 비용을 지불해야 된다면 조금 고민이 될 것 같습니다. 단점을 꽤나 많이 적었지만 그럼에도 전반적으로는 만족스러웠고 다른 사람에게 추천해줄 수 있는 숙소라고 생각합니다.

Really disappointed. Had no hot water for both nights of my stay. Yes, I made reception aware of this however it was ‘a problem in the hotel’. And because I’d already pre-paid, and was in a rush to get to work there was little time for a rebate. Just very poor. They seem busy, but in a mess.

L'hotel è carino e pulito, tuttavia per quello che costa offre un pò pochino, una camera essenziale, un bollitore con the e caffe, poco altro. La reception al check in non è molto veloce e si blocca con clienti impacciati...
