There were so many issues during our stay but here are the highlights: the shower door has a huge gap at the bottom so the water leaks out when taking a shower. The sofa bed is squeaky, uncomfortable, and they only provided 2 really large stiff pillows to sleep on. One of the windows that faces another building has no curtains or blinds so there is no privacy and at night one of the lights from the other building is really bright when sleeping. There’s a washing machine but there’s no laundry detergent provided. The worst part is that there was a leak in the ceiling that was dripping brown liquid onto the kitchen area, so we had to use one of the very few towels they provided to clean it up daily. Communicating with the company was awful - they are sporadic when replying to messages and keep sending automated messages. The day we arrived they notified us that a technician would stop by to do maintenance, and they did so again when we mentioned the bathroom doors and the leak, but nothing was fixed. I personally wanted a full refund but asked for a partial refund to compensate for the inconveniences and they only refunded 28 euros for a 4-night stay, which is a joke. When disputing the refund, they just kept replying “there will be no other refund”.
