Upon arrival, the key Fob to open 2 gates in order to access the flat was not working. Called both numbers provided and was advised both times that they will not be able to provide the new key as there’s no one at the office and I SHOULD GO TO THEIR OFFICE IN THE MORNING TO GET A NEW ONE. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WILL COME TO US INSTEAD AS A SERVICE. A resident in the building let us in so we can access the flat and told us that the Fob we have is not the correct one. So we were not able to go out and have dinner as planned as we will not be able to go back in if we do so. The flat was clean enough but clothes from previous occupant were still in the drawer. 02 July in the morning, we went to their office nearby for the key fob. One of the personnel went back with us with the “new fob” - which didn’t work as well. One of the resident told the personnel that the Fob has already been changed - meaning they didn’t check the apt before renting out and didn’t have the CORRECT FOB to begin with. The owner of the shop Biscote on the ground floor was able to provide the new FOB.
As I was contemplating how to write my review, I received a private email from Cedric advising me that he will leave me a nice review and hope that I will do the same. And if I have any complaints to pls leave them in the PRIVATE COMMENTS. Quid pro quo?
An insult to an injury indeed. Irresponsible and service non-existent. Never again.
