En general muy bien, atención de los camareros excelente, deberían de mejorar un poco la limpieza en las habitaciones (6 días con suciedad en la puerta del baño por la parte de atrás lo comunicamos dos veces pero nada ) y subir unos grados a la piscina “climatizada”. Salvando eso excelente disfrutamos muchísimo.

Muy bien, pero hay que mejorar la limpieza
Perfecto para niños. Genial la piscina y los parques infantiles tanto interiores como exteriores. Buena comida a la carta, también la pizzería. Desayuno pobre. Lo peor que no limpian la habitación a diario. En recepción te avisan de que si quieres que pasen a limpiar tienes que avisar, pero avisamos de que limpiaran baños y nos trajeran toallas nuevas, papel de WC, vasos y vaciaran las papeleras y al llegar por la noche solo nos habían puesto 2 rollos de papel y 5 vasos. Tuvimos que sacar al pasillo las toallas sucias y la basura y recoger las toallas limpias nosotros mismos en recepción. La limpieza de la moqueta de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear y en recepción no son muy amables. Por lo demás, muy bien ambientado y divertido para ir en familia.

Convenient base to enjoy Disney. We had a hire car which worked well so can’t comment re shuttle. Rooms clean and tidy when we arrived but communal areas like toilet facilities and hallways outside rooms not in a good state.

The hotel itself was really good in every aspect, it was clean had food options and decent breakfast, only thing I didn’t like and it’s a big thing was the shuttle bus to the park, this shuttle serves about 6 hotels and sometimes you can’t even get on it it’s so busy don’t stay for the fireworks because you might not get back with around 200 people waiting for the last bus as we found out just lucky there was a extra one, as I said totally nothing wrong with hotel but they need to get there own shuttle bus or share with one other hotel not 6

The softplay area and outdoor playground were good. Our room had one window overlooking the bar/social area. Unfortunately you can't open the window. On our second night we complained about not being able to open the window. We were never offered an alternate room, though later on the receiption staff insisted that we did but refused it. On the same night the safe was broken. It took the handyman over an hour to come up to the room to look at it. He said he could come and fix it the next morning - it took two days to fix. On the third night, when we came back to the hotel at 9pm (having been out since 8.30am), the heating was on full blast and the aircon was switched off entirely so we couldn't turn it on. when we complained the receiptionist said that we had requested that (another lie). The room was so hot that our 3 and 6 year olds were crying. They offered us another room on a lower floor, but it was 10pm and we didn't what to haul everything to another floor. They said that there were no other rooms on our floor but after ten minutes of arguing one was magically available. The manager was rude, the staff were disinterested and the food in the Captain's Library was disgusting - cold chips and burnt burgers. They couldn't even get the order right. whatever you do, avoid room 9547. Oh, the shuttle service is always overcrowded with people fighting to get on.

Das Hotel ist generell renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Klima, Elektro-Heizkörper, keine Klohbürste, Badezimmer aus den 90-zigern. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es ist eher dreckig gewesen, vom Flur bis zu den Zimmern. Wir haben für 2 Nächte 400€ bezahlt 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder inkl. Frühstück. Summa sumaro überteuert für den Service der geboten wird. Frühstück war nur mit Schinken und Butterkäse ausgestattet. Keine Art von Eiern oder Würstchen, Bacon etc. Toast und Croissant gab es im Übermaß. Restaurant bietet ein Buffet für 30 pro Person an, dies war allerdings in Ordnung und lecker. Des weiteren gibt es eine Snackbar die auch in Ordnung war. Das Spaßbad ist wohl die Haupattraktion. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß. Die Umkleidekabinen waren auch sehr dreckig und die Duschen. Spieleraum ok. Zu den Übernachtungskosten haben wir noch 200€ da gelassen zur Verpflegung hauptsächlich, Spiele und Parkplatz. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen!

Stayed in a family room, the room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the swimming pool although it was cold. The issue we had was with the plantation buffet, it was a really poor selection for the price and the service wasn’t good. The same with breakfast, only a continental option.

Explorers is an ideal location for the Disney parks and trains to Paris. The staff are very helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. Facilities are outstanding for children, the water slides in the pool were very good as was the indoor soft play and outdoor park. There’s pizza and crepes, hot dogs and sandwich’s available with drinks. There’s also a bar area. The included continental breakfast was excellent, fresh baked rolls and pastries selection of meats and cheese, salads and various jams etc with plenty seating available. There’s a large supermarket 1.5km away, you’ll find all local taxi’s are a flat fare of €20 but and Uber was €12 you can walk it’s a straight road.

Accommodatie is netjes. Echter weinig gezonde opties qua diner. Ook het ontbijt was zeer beperkt. Voor de kinderen super speel gelegenheid en het zwembad was goed. Shuttlebus was goed geregeld.

Nous avons séjourné ma femme et moi et mon fils de 5ans Je trouve vraiment dommage l'hôtel et bien sauf des manquements au niveau de la restauration du buffet trop chère 30 euros par personne si assez cher pour un buffet très pauvres Un autre point aussi très négatif et très dengeux pour les enfants en hiver la piscine et glaciale les enfants tremblé tellement il sont froids on n'a dû quitter la piscine Les chambres pour le prix sont très bien sauf le bruit dans les couloirs claquement des portes Restaurant trop chère le buffet ne justifie pas le prix

Hotel is great for families, close proximity to Disney is great too with shuttles running consistently throughout the day however these can become overcrowded and a bit scary at times....hotel could do with perhaps a bit more attention to cleaning however with so many kids around I appreciate this may not be easy...overall we would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

This hotel was fine - from what I found it used to be a package holiday destination and that certainly shows. It’s feels a little old and outdated. Many areas need a good clean or renovation. The pool was closed our entire stay which was a huge disappointment. The soft play area was a mosh-pit of unattended kids, left to their own devices. The rooms were small, but clean and comfortable. Shower was awesome, great water pressure!! Breakfast and the restaurants were average at best. Not a ton of options. Drinks form the bar were good, the selection was decent. The buses to the resort were regular, on-time often very crowded. Expect to take $12 Uber once or twice to avoid the wait/crowd.

Preis Leistung ok, Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Leider war das Schwimmbad geschlossen früher als geplant. Es wurde im Nachbar Hotel eine Alternative angeboten, allerdings im Januar mit Kindern eher ungünstig. Die Zimmer waren schön und viele kuschelige Decken und gute Kissen. Es war alles sauber. Der Kinder Spielplatz war viel zu kalt und nicht besonders sauber, aber sehr groß und nach der langen Fahrt wirklich eine super Sache. Das Konzept vom Hotel ist toll und zieht sich komplett durch. Allerdings finde ich persönlich, es muss nicht überall alles extra kosten und noch so verführerisch für Kinder sein, z. B. Süßigkeiten Bar oder ein Spielraum mit Automaten. Die Pizza erscheint zunächst mit ab 15 Euro als sehr teuer, im Meni mit Getränk und Pommes ist für 19 Euro aber voll in Ordnung. Sie war auch wirklich lecker und nicht alltäglich. Das Frühstück war ok. Ei und Speck musste man extra zahlen. Es gab also im Prinzip nur Salat (Tomate, Gurke, Blattsalat), eine Sorte Käse, Kochschinken, etwas Obst und Joghurt, Kaffeespezialitäten, Croissants und Schoko Croissants, Toast und Brötchen. Für den Preis wäre auch etwas mehr angemessen. Insgesamt war das Hotel aber für den Anreisetag eine super Idee, nichts aber für einen langen Aufenthalt vermutlich (mit Schwimmbad sicherlich). Es war auch sehr voll.
