Regarding the room all of them do have a side view view and blacony (40 euros option) The hotel is brand new reopen in June 2016. Regarding the breakfast we have 2 kind of menu a buffet one with 6 meters long of French food and a la carte eggs where you can eat as much as you want for only 19 euros and an express one with a hot drink a juice and 3 bakery for 9 euros witch is also a great deal in Paris trust me !! Café Comtesse provide only the best food, drinks (hot chocolat homemade) Or Veuve Clicquot Champagne !! Regarding the size our rooms are classifed as 4* hotel by french admin our rooms are not small not big like all the European Capital. As you said, the famous Rue Cler is only one block away from us. But our area also has everything to offer : all sorts of shops and convenience stores, fine cafés and good restaurants (one of the very best areas in Paris food-wise) We are next to a metro station (Ecole Militaire, Line 8), and several other transportation options are also available. Regarding our bedrooms our bulding is from XIXe century (more than 150 years old) with the code of architecture of this period so that's why our balcony are unfortunately as big as now. the hotel reopen in June 2016 with a modern twist :) the room size respect the brand new law of French classification ! Café Comtesse is an incredible place where you can enjoy a very nice breakfast ;) with a selection of french products !! So as for the staff professional and friendly !
