El hotel tiene una localización muy accesible, ya que se encuentra a solo 2 calles de estaciones de metro - RER. Tiene restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia muy cerca, y un mercado casi enfrente. La gente se ve caminar a altas horas de la noche enfrente del hotel y no tuvimos problemas en la semana que estuvimos, a pesar de llegar varias ocasiones después de media noche. La habitación es muy pequeña, sin embargo parece problema común de los hoteles del área.

Me gustó la decoración del hotel, el servicio del personal y la comodidad de las camas. El desayuno es sencillo pero justo lo que se necesita para empezar bien el día!

Decepcionante
La habitación que nos tocó era pequeña,y el baño minúsculo (aunque la ducha era amplia) . Le han dado una pequeña "lavada de cara" pero el olor a rancio de la habitación es molesto. Aunque estaba limpio. El ascensor es claustrofóbico (caben 2 personas) yo de hecho subía y bajaba por las escaleras. Los recepcionistas (menos una) son un poco raros (te miran raro, son secos y para darte correcta la clave de la wifi ni te cuento...no son capaces de escribir bien tu nombre(que es la contraseña). La ubicación eso sí, es buena

Regarding your concerns, Paris’ sizes can be slightly inferior to those of other countries around the world but our rooms are generally beyond the standards and go up to 42m² for our Loft. A Fine Adjustment
The hotel was nice. I booked through Hotels.com but had to call the hotel directly to make an occupancy change. when we arrived, the hotel had no record of communication for the room change. The manager had a room available which suited our needs. The bathroom was not in the best condition with mold spots on the ceiling. We made a suggestion to Lysol the bathroom and wipe off the mold, which was not done. Thye main room was large and comfortable.

The Staff Could be Trained More.
Our stay was great until the last minute we were about to check out. To be honest, I am hesitant to write this review yet I believe the Hotel could learn something and improve. We arrived hotel at about mid night and our room was pre-paid. During check in, since the room had been paid we only be asked the city tax which we paid with card. The Hotel is situated in a great location, very stragegic for public transportation, room was clean and quiet. Overall the room was really great value for money. Then the issue happened in the very morning when we were about to check out / chase our train. During check in unfortunately the staff miss booked 1 cent (0.01 euro) and we were asked to close the bill. We were cooperatively paying with 2 euro coin, then the staff give us 1.95 change without saying anything?? My wife counted it and asked them to return 1.99 to be exact. The staff was busy trying to find 4 cents and after 11 minutes they eventually gave the change completely. This kind of problem should not be happened in the first place. Our experience was all great and yet we left with not great memory about the hotel is very unfortunate. Hope this kind of issue could be discussed and the staff could handle it with more flexibility. It was the hotel who miss booked 1 cent and the customer was cooperatively cover the mistake.

Hotel Lena
Great to find this place when we arrived at about midnight. The area around wasn’t exactly friendly at that time of night so we were happy to find somewhere safe and comfortable. Close to gard du nord and the metro with nice boulongeries and monmarte close by the next morning. The rooms are tight but clean and comfortable. Would stay again but arrive at different time. One negative would be the renovations starting early in the next room quite early but I guess they have to start some time. For the price and location, very good.

Great stay and location!
Had a great stay at this small hotel which is located very convenient close to a lot of Metro and trains in the middle of Paris. Small, cozy and trendy room with just enough space. Very good water pressure in the shower - big plus! Also very friendly staff in the reception that would answer any question.

Hotel Léna is a charm in the middle of the busy streets in the area. It is chic, beautiful and close to restaurants and most importantly to the Gare du Nord (3 minutes walking!). The staff was helpful and the room is very luxurious (we stayed at a very small room but it was still very nice).

Sauberes und renoviertes Touristenhotel. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß aber zweckmäßig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das gebotene Frühstück sehr gut. Für einen Städtetripp zu empfehlen. Nahe der Gare du nord gelegen direkt öffentlich vom Flughafen CDG zu erreichen.

I would definitely stay again
Staff manning reception desk were friendly and helpful. Hotel looks as if it has recently been refurbished and public areas were clean and well decorated. There is a lift to the upper floors so guests don't have to struggle up the stairs with heavy luggage. Bedroom and shower room were very clean. Bed was comfortable and the TV worked. Despite my room being next to the lift it was very quiet as was the air-conditioning unit in my room so I slept soundly. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and is just a few minutes walk away from Gare du Nord so it is ideally placed for Eurostar travellers. My only minor criticism is that the ensuite shower room is quite small but for me staying for one night it wasn't a problem. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very tired, it would benefit from refurbishment. The shower was not fit for purpose, it was mouldy and unclean. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in its current state

The room was ok. The 4th floor had a strong wet/mildew odour. Didn’t love that. The room had a funny sound come and go through our stay. Luckily I am a decent sleeper.

受付の態度があまり良く無い。 初日は部屋のクリーニングが夕方まで無かった。 ツインベットは合わせてセミダブルの狭さ。 ゴミ箱も無かった。 しかし午後5時から酒類の販売が禁止で夜も静かになり治安も良くなったので仕事で使うのは、価格も安いので良いかも知れません。 プライベート二人は無理です。

Our hotel room had a few things that were broken (closet and wallpaper) this made the room feel a little dirty. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was very good. The location is not great, but the staff was happy to give good recommendations

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage für die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten- Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind nicht übermässig gross aber für einen gelungenen Städteaufenthalt reicht das vollkommen. Wir haben die Zeit in Paris sehr genossen

The rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in Paris. If you tend to get warm or need air circulation, this can be an issue. If the staff does not feel it’s cool enough to turn on the AC. I managed by opening the window and felt safe doing so. the front desk, staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

Die Unterkunft ist wie man es von Paris erwartet sehr klein aber für uns war es ausreichend. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und sind wirklich nur zum schlafen ins Bett gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten nur trotz geschlossener Fenster aufgrund einer Baustelle an der Straße extrem viel Staub im Badezimmer der durch die Lüftung ins Badezimmer gekommen sein muss. Das Zimmer ist klein aber so eingerichtet das man sich wohlfühlen kann. Das Bett war für uns sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr nett. Nur den Empfang hätten wir uns ein bisschen herzlicher gewünscht. Der Herr bei der Anreise war nicht so freundlich wie alle anderen vom Personal es die nachfolgenden Tage waren. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei dem man gut schlafen möchte , relativ zentral und es sauber sein soll. Ein Vorteil von diesem Hotel ist nämlich das man nur 5 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt ist. Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind und recht früh abgereist sind war das auch der Grund warum wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben.

今回日帰りロンドン旅でユーロスター利用の為,北駅周辺のホテルを選びました。価格と評価で決めたのですが、次は無いです。北駅には歩いて７〜８分でとても便利が良かったです。周りにはレストランやパン屋さんが多くあり、こちらも良かったです。部屋の広さはまぁこんなものかと思える範囲内ですが、シャワーブースのシャンプー等を置く棚が傾いていて置けない、部屋にゴミ箱が無い、バスルームにコンセントが無くドライヤーが使えない、テッシュペーパーが部屋に無い、冷蔵庫が無い、衣類を掛ける場所がおかしい…など、今まで宿泊したホテルにはあったのに無いものが多々ありました。それともこれが普通ですか?
