Hello Eleonora, Thank you for your comment. We are sorry to hear that you did not fully appreciate your stay in our hotel. The wifi installation is new (less than 2 years old) and works perfectly. After your complaint, the night receptionist immediately reset the whole system and showed you that he could connect and use the wifi perfectly on his own phone. He then asked you to restart your device but you refused. You were the only person to complain about the wifi that night and we were fully booked. Hotel Mogador is located in the center of Paris as well as in the heart of the business district which makes it perfect for business or pleasure.

After reading your comment I personally reviewed the lobby video cameras (with sound) of both your arrival at midnight and your express check out the next day.I cannot let you say that our staff was rude or unice to you in any way. It is simply not true.When you arrived at midnight my colleague was nothing but polite and nice to you and your daughter and you had several laughs with him during the conversation. He even gave your daughter free food (cookies and cakes) when you asked for a restaurant but everything was closed so late at night.The next day, your check out lasted less than 20 seconds. You came to the reception and said out of the blue "the room has no windows , we are leaving now" and dropped the key on the front desk. As my colleague nicely pointed out to you (as you do now in your comment), the room actually has 2 windows. Unfortunately you did not give us any time to propose you another room or anything else, you just left.We simply cannot help you if you won't let us.
