El día en que llegó hacía frío en París y la mayoría de la clientela europea, quería que el sistema de climatización estuviera programado para caliente. A partir del momento en que manifestó voluntad de tener el sistema para frío, las personas que estaban en el hotel, en el propio día, así lo hicieron para su habitación.
