Nice Apartment

The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Be aware that it does not have AC, which can make it quite warm in the summer. Fans were provided which we appreciated. It is a great location.

Very nice, but no air conditioning.

We had a group of 5. Three adults and two teenagers. The listing states that there are four bedrooms, but there are really only three, which was sufficient, but I thought there were four based on the listing. There are 4 total beds. One king, one queen and one room with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is actually the living room with a fold out couch.The apartment was awesome. Had an espresso machine and espresso pods provided. We couldn't find a wine opener, so we had to buy one. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift if you need it. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, but there were fans for almost every room. We were gone during the day for the most part and the fans seemed to keep it cool enough for most of us during the evening. My husband was very hot and missed having air conditioning. The bathrooms have heated towel racks, which would be great for winter, but for summer it added extra heat to the bathrooms and we were unable to figure out how to turn them off. You also had to be careful not to bump into them when in the bathrooms. I would absolutely stay here again. Especially during times of the year when the weather is milder.

Good space

All three rooms had enough space to be comfortable. Loved being able to open windows and it was quiet enough to sleep with the windows open! Lift to bring luggage and item up. Dryer takes forever to dry.

April in Paris

We loved this apartment. It’s quiet, secure, comfortable, and well appointed. The bedding, towels, and linens are high quality, and the water pressure is excellent. The kitchen/dining/living area was well furnished and spacious. We cooked often, and appreciated the olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper that was provided. Access was simple and communication was excellent. Would definitely return!

Property review

We had a small issue that the owner took care of immediately. We enjoyed the property, location and our trip to Paris. The owner, management team were amazing, extremely accommodating, and very helpful. I would stay in any of their properties. Awesome trip!

3 nights in Paris

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was a nice area with plenty of restaurants including a bakery right next door, and close to a metro station. The apartment appeared just as pictured in the listing, was decorated very nicely, and communication was quick and clear. We had some unforeseen issues prior to arriving and they were very helpful and quick to respond to my messages.The lift at the building was very helpful for our family members with mobility issues. The layout of the apartment and number of beds and bathrooms was perfect for our multigenerational family of 6. We look forward to returning to Paris and would definitely stay at this apartment again!

Beautiful apartment

Our stay was great and the apartment was exactly as described; it had everything we needed and the location was great to be able to walk or use the metro to see all the landmarks. The Christmas tree that was there added a beautiful touch to our winter holidays. Will definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic apartment!

We absolutely loved our stay in Paris! The apartment is even prettier in person - the beds are all comfortable, the linens were top quality and the kitchen had everything that we could possibly need. Our hosts were very responsive and while we didn’t use the concierge service it was wonderful to know that we could access any help at a moments notice. We would book again in an instant!

Great stay!

Really enjoyed this property. Very clean, great location, and communication was exceptional. Highly recommend for anyone. Was traveling with older family members who couldn’t use stairs very much and the lift was very convenient for them. Property managers couldn’t be more accommodating. Quick Uber rides to just about everything if you don’t want to walk. Plenty of restaurants and services around.

Great Paris home base

This is a beautiful property and a great homebase for enjoying Paris. The ninth arrondissement is lively and full of locals and very affordable so it was a great neighborhood to wander around and enjoy. Plus, you had easy access to trains, Ubers and taxis to get to the gorgeous city of Paris. The place is clean and easily fits 6, plus there’s a pullout couch. We even used the concierge service and they were incredibly helpful. We felt safe at all times of day and night and really enjoyed our stay in Paris. Thanks for hosting us in your beautiful place! A bientot!

Lovely base in Paris

We had a great time exploring, and it was great to return to the apartment as a quiet refuge from the city where we could recharge. We didn't use the concierge service, but we used the wifi to plot our adventures. Merci beaucoup!

Perfect spot in Paris!

My family stayed for three nights during the holidays. We were welcomed with a beautiful Christmas tree when we opened the door which instantly made the apartment feel like home. The apartment is in a great location with everything you need just a few steps away. It was well equipped with what we needed to finish out our European vacation. The setting is very quiet and peaceful which helped us to relax after long days exploring the city. My family mentioned how much they loved the apartment. We were so happy to finish our trip in Paris at this lovely place! I look forward to staying in this apartment again the next time I visit Paris.

Perfect Parisienne Apartment

We were travelling on business and had a few cities to visit - Paris was last on the list. I was looking for something special for our last few days and managed to find this listing and it was fantastic. So happy we booked this lovely property. Immaculate throughout and great attention to detail. It was like I was renting my own place. So comfortable yet elegant. The building and courtyard is lovely. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. Instructions were clear. Honestly it was the least stressful part of my travels. I would definitely recommend this property. Loved it.

Fantastic Apartment - GREAT for families

My family and I ( Me + Husband + 11 yr old + 7 yr old) had a wonderful time in Paris and really loved this apartment. The apartment was extremely clean. The check in process was very clear and all our communication with the manager was prompt and friendly. I had many questions ( traveling with kids) and I always got a clear and quick response. We communicated entirely in english. The apartment is beautiful. Everything seemed brand new and designed to fit perfectly in the space. I'm very picky and I don't have one thing to complain about :) Everything worked as it should. The biggest surprise: One of the days of our visit was a 90 degree day. It was unbearably hot outside. With the fans running, the apartment was amazingly cool. Did not miss having an air conditioner even in that heat. The beds and bedding were all very nice and comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you might need. Water pressure and temperature were as you wished - never had any issue despite the fact that the building itself is charmingly old. We heard zero street noise at night. There is a lovely bakery right at the foot of the building and you are walking distance to a number of lovely things. We used Uber primarily to get to places that were a little too far to walk for the children. There are not a ton of taxis to flag down by the apartment as it is a quiet street. We would absolutely stay here again. It really surpassed my expectations.

Nicely decorated apartment in a great location

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building near the Gare St. Lazare. (There is an elevator.) You enter the building through a courtyard that is sometimes visited by a friendly gray cat. While the windows all have interior views of the building, there is almost no street noise in the apartment. The living/dining area is spacious, and the kitchenette is well supplied with real dishes, silverware and glassware. There is also a full-size refrigerator, which we found useful. The bathrooms are all modern, although the hot water tended to run out after the second shower, so we scheduled accordingly. We were very happy with the location. There is a bakery next door that is open early in the morning on weekdays, and is a great place to buy breakfast. The Gare St. Lazare is a short walk away; from there, you can access the major subway lines and easily move around Paris. (We recommend purchasing a Navigo Easy card, which is easy to refill as needed.) Even better, the apartment is about a 10-minute walk away from the Galèries Lafayette Gourmet, a foodie heaven which includes restaurants, shops and a market in the basement, and is open seven days a week. While the apartment comes with a concierge service, we did not find them particularly useful. We were able to make restaurant reservations online, and found the G7 taxi app to be a great way to call a cab. The property manager was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay here!
