Buen hotel para visitar Disney
Ubicación muy buena para visitar Disneyland Paris, además cuentan con un servicio gratuito de transporte de u hacia el parque. Tiene una alberca con calefacción que resulta útil para un descanso previo o posterior a la visita al parque. Habitación de buen tamaño. Como punto de mejora sugiero mejorar la comodidad de las camas.

Fantàstico hotel!!!! Las habitaciones grandes, limpias y camas comodas. Viajamos con 2 niños a disneyland y el autobús hasta disney puntual, nos recogían de la puerta del hotel a la entrada de disneyland. Teniamos coche pero decidimos ir en autobus por lo cómodo que resultaba. La úmica pega que encontramos es que la piscina estaba el agua demasiado fria!! Buena conexión!! Nos sorprendió gratamente!!

This hotel is GREAT, beautiful, spacious & modern with wonderful gardens right in the heart of the Disneyland Golf course! Pros: It has a lovely little pool with a sauna and steam room which only adds to enjoying a relaxing getaway and of course, offers free transportation to and from the Disneyland Paris parks. Cons: For some reason which I do not fully comprehend, we had requested a queen size bed in our room, but upon arrival were given a room with two twin sizes put together, which I’m sure you can imagine was quite uncomfortable. And the restaurant for dinner was overpriced and quite honestly under staffed, hence, our first and last time for dinner in the hotel...

Estancia agradable, volveremos
Estancia de dos día agradable, personal amable y atento, desayuno completo y variado, bollería, fruta, embutido, queso, caliente (tortillas o huevos, bacon, patatas, tomate asado...) no tuvimos tiempo de utilizar el spa, entorno tranquilo, campo de golf, tiene un bus que te lleva al parque Disney, no había demasiados niños, 40 minutos en coche a Paris por la A4.

Volvería de nuevo
El check-in bien, rápido y la persona que nos atendió super agradable, está muy cerca del parque Disney y tienen bus gratuito que te lleva al parque y te recoge, tienen parking incluido por si viajas con tu propio coche. el desayuno es completo y variado dulce/salado/fruta. Es un hotel tranquilo, al menos en estas fechas, con menos niños que los hoteles Disney. que son adorables pero ya se sabe que cuando vuelven de un día agotador en el parque y están cansados tienen esos momentos que no se aguantan muy bien, ,el campo de Golf está justo al lado, al centro de Paris se tarda unos 40-45 minutos, no puedo opinar del spa por que no llegamos a usarlo. Las camas son confortables, nuestras vistas en la parte posterior del hotel y en la primera planta no eran muy bonitas, el año amplio.

No hacían la cama. Solo estiraban el edredón, no pasaban la aspiradora. Nos encontramos un moco pegado en el edredon!. Pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones y nos dieron un folio usado. Nos dijo el recepcionista que había tomado nota y se lo comunicaría a la manager y fue mentira!, ella nos dijo que no sabía nada. Pocos autobuses al parque, casi todos los días nos quedábamos algunos en tierra porque no cabíamos y paga taxi. Por la mañana se asignan los números no sabemos cómo pero hasta las 10 siempre están llenos l. PARA NO VOLVER JAMÁS

Excellent shuttle bus service to Disney. Buffet breakfast was fautless and good quality. One evening meal there was good, and excellent value compared to disneylands offerings. Room was standard. For the price it's 5 stars.

Staff were very good but we had to change room due to noise and too hot. Didn’t expect to have to pay for parking, never had to do that before at similar hotels around Disney. Shower screen doesn’t stop water going all over the bathroom floor and bedclothes had holes in.

Quiet, convenient for Disneyland, spacious, well kept communal spaces and fairly good breakfast and dining facilities. Good regular bus service to DIS. Quality of mattresses and bedding poor, so not the best for a good nights rest. Our room was not cleaned or tidied in our 3 day stay. Had to request more toilet rolls, shower gel etc from front desk. Two large towels provided for 4 people. Felt more like keeping costs low than a sustainability initiative. All in, a well located property offering reasonable value, let down by attempts to run staffing and services a bit too lean.

I got food poisoning, which ruined most of my day with the family at Disneyland. Other than that, only 1 of 3 lifts where operational, the food bath to enter the pool was disgusting and full of rubbish, no bath stopper so no bath for our youngest.

The tram service to Disneyland was great!!! The staff was great except the bar area felt like it was everyone’s first day. The rooms could use some updating. All in all it was good.
