Great location; check-in was bad
Great location and nice condo. Challenging areas:
- Parking is NOT included with this condo, and technically is NOT available nearby for overnight parking. Yes you can pay to park daily in the garage or surface lots, but neither are overnight options; we just got lucky that it wasn’t busy and we weren’t towed from the garage.
- There were no instructions for how to find this unit; the lodge is large and spread out, and had we not previously stayed in the same building (different condo) last year it would’ve been hard to find.
- The provided door codes did not work, and it took over an hour (after check-in time) to finally get in touch with the local manager who still needed to send us 4 codes to try before one finally worked. If we had been allowed to check-in early (we were not) we at least could have solved the code problem earlier.
- There was no binder or helpful info in the unit like most vacation rentals have. ie, where to take trash, helpful tips, check out procedures, etc
Other than these challenges, the week of skiing was great.
