The house was perfect for our stay. The kids loved playing pool and learning the game after hours in the hot sun. The house offers a nice reprieve to the heat of Parker! The house stays wonderfully cool, and is clean and organized.

Had a fishing trip with buddies. House was perfect, clean, plenty of towels etc. Will definitely stay here again. Neal was very responsive.

Property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Was charged $50 for dirty dishes (they were in the dishwasher which we started upon leaving, and it looks like they were removed and piled in the sink after we left) and a small amount of trash in bathroom trash can. This seemed dishonest and petty. Outside of this minor issue, we were very pleased with our stay at this property.

Had a wonderful time at the property. House sits on one the bigger canals in the keys. You get afternoon shade on the back patio and deck which is really nice. Use of the 4-car garage was a plus to put the trailers and vehicles into. My only criticism was the cleanliness of the property. They definitely need to get a new housekeeper because the house is not being kept up. Dirty floors, carpets, excessive dust on fans, spider webs everywhere including garage and back patio. We actually spent some of our vacation cleaning a little because it was so off putting. For the nightly rate and cleaning fee they charge they definitely need to get that under control. Other than cleanliness we had a great time and would recommend to property to anyone looking for a river house.

Great location! Very nice home ..At the end of our day we all enjoyed bbq’ing relaxing on the patio watching boaters going by. Friendly neighbors definitely will be staying here again Thank you for sharing your home with us. :))

Overall this place is awesome. The ac cranks and cools super fast. Ice maker at the bar is awesome for cooler re loads. Master bed is comfy as well a the other beds in the kids rooms. Great place and owner is responsive if you have a question or need help.

First trip of the season and the Moovalya Keys never disappoint. House was accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Super easy check in and check out. Would stay here again.

Just like all other comments, it is very dirty. There was trash and dead bugs under the couches, under the vanities and under the beds. Cabinets were all very dirty, some of the dishes were dirty and unusable. Floors were disgusting and feet turned black after walking on them. There was nothing to clean dishes or wipe the countertops down, no hand soap, 1/4 of a small bottle of dish detergent and 1 toilet roll in each bathroom. Dock needs some work. Dishwasher was broken. After our stay we messaged the host about our issues but he never responded. Other than that, the location was great.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this property. Beautiful house, excellent location, the owner was attentive to our needs. I would definitely come back to stay again.

The property was wonderful as was Neil's efforts. Right off the river in a channel, we were able to have our 22' pontoon boat and 2 jet skis right in front of the house, There was additional parking for our boat trailer and a public ramp within a mile of the house that accommodated our larger boat. All in all, our 5 days at the house gave us 9 days in total on the water, with no issues to report.

Great experience. The ice maker came in clutch. Nice grill set up facing the water so you can enjoy the scenery while you cook. Garage size was great. I will definitely try to stay here again.
