Estafa según las fotos
El hotel es muy diferente a las fotos, mucho más pequeño y en una ubicación terrible. Al estar al lado de un pozo aséptico huele a desagüe y hay mosquitos. El personal de la noche tiene un pésimo servicio, con ellos hicimos el check in y check out

La ubicacion del hotel es buena, el diseño del cuarto tambien es hueno, pero no funcionaba bien el clima y las camas estaban muy duras parecian tablas

Cerca de la playa pero no es comodo
Nos dijeron que no se podía fumar adentro y si lo hacíamos habría multa y cuando entramos a la habitación olía mucho a cigarro y se los hicimos saber para que no pensáramos que nosotros lo habíamos hecho. Los siguientes 3 días siguió oliendo a cigarro. La cama muy dura y el aire acondicionado tenía un foco que iluminaba la habitación toda la noche lo cual era difícil dormir.

Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado.
El hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, el diseño muy moderno y las instalaciones estan excelentes y no esta muy lejos de la playa, ni de las zonas turisticas de Patong Beach.

Great Hotel. I’ll be back.
If you want to stay near the beach you’re out of luck but in every other respect, modern, clean, great staff, excellent pool, this is the place, and the location is actually quite convenient. Highly recommend!

Very nice place for the price. The only thing we did not like was the terrible smell coming from the bathroom. No door on the shower causing the floor to become very wet and slippery.

It was close to a lot of restaurants and close to Bangla road , what I didn’t like I got charged 150 baht for a teaspoon that we found later in our bag lol other than that great hotel.

ホテルは小さいけれども、オシャレな感じで、部屋の内も洒落ていました。8階の角部屋で、眺めは良かったです。しかし、エレベーターが7階までしかなくて、7階から8階までは、階段をスーツケースを持って上らなければなりませんでした。チェックインの時には何の説明もなく、ホテルの方がスーツケースを1個持ってくれたのですが、重い方のスーツケースは結局、主人が持ち上げたので、大変でした。部屋は屋上に建てた小屋のようなもので、部屋のドアには隙間があるし、「Don't disturb」の札も飛ぶし、出たとたんに雨がかかるし、ちょっと??びっくりしました。宿泊階までエレベータがないことも予約時に明記して欲しいと思います。

Centrally located but lacking comforts
The hotel staff was kind. Also this hotel was well within budget so I shouldn't complain much. I will say that the Wifi was very spotty. If you're looking for a nice connection, you might be better off staying at a chain Resort or purchasing a sim card. The room itself was modern and adquently equipped. I picked the higher priced room for the sea view. My traveling friends room on a lower floor was twice the size of my upgraded room. The bed was a bit stiff and the condition of the walls, floors and overall hotel seemed lacking. The room service was very limited. When checking out, they attempted to charge me for a missing glass and face towel. The glass was cleared by the room service staff which caused the confusion. The face towel was taken with housekeeping. I was shocked and annoyed that I would have to explain that to them...especially for such low value items. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else. The location was nice...walking distance to great night markets and a short cab tuck tuck ride to the busy nightlife. I would recommend this hotel if you're not fussy about the quality or furnishings of the room. It was affordable and centrally located. If you're looking for comfort...search somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Even though we were given the room with lift excess and have to climb 3storeys up, the room is extremely clean and pleasant. Hotel area is about 5-10mins walks to Patong Main District Area (Jungceylon Mall). There is an awesome food place opposite the hotel called Baoli too!

The hotel is located next to a river that polluted the air with sewer and toilet smell. Had booked a premium room with balcony, the balcony had a view on the dirty river. Had to change room to a basic one smaller with no balcony, because the smell was not bearable inside the room. Also the AC was not functional in the first room. We had a small infant with us, 5 months, I wish they gave us another room to start with. Basically, location is good. Amenities and overall conditions of the hotel not so much.

I don't like the bad smell beside of my room. There have small drain , not only my room that side of all rooms will get that bad smell too. They should do something for that bad smell. We can not sit at the balcony. Another problem is there have a lots of mosqueto too.....
