Wenn man das Zimmer wechseln will muss man 300Baht bezahlen obwohl es vorher für umsonst angeboten wurde. Will man später auschecken muss man noch mal 1 Tag bezahlen. Frühstück muss man auch extra bezahlen. Also so günstig ist es dann doch nicht am Ende.

when I checked in, I was shocked at the cleanliness of the bedroom and the jacuzzi. There were dust and had an odd smell that was quite unbearable. I contacted the receptionist and they sent the cleaning crew 2 hours later. The water in the jacuzzi was disgusting and I didn't dare use it. On Expedia website, it showed that the 2 bedroom King sized beds, however it wasnt the case. We had 1 King Size and 2 double beds in the other room. When we queried the hotel staff, we were told that Expedia had misrepresented the details and all their 2 bedroom suites does not have 2 king sized beds. The laundry service was also an issue as I had to get them to iron the clothes as to was crumbled upon delivery.The breakfast was the worst I have ever had as the variety was limited and I am glad I had other options for breakfast outside the resort. During one of the nights, there wasnt any water supply for 4 hours and I had to use the public shower room to get changed as I had dinner reservations and was getting late.

Do not stay here at all costs. One, this hotel does not have bilingual staff outside of one woman Tanisha, who was incredible. But everyone else has no idea how to help or understand you if you speak another language. I was assigned the wrong room, and ended up ending my stay early before even getting the correct room. The staff is rude. The hotel is not clean, and I had lizards, spiders, and frogs in my room. The water also cut off while I was in the shower for hours with no warning and no apology. I eventually called Expedia to be transferred. This hotel is terrible, old and the restaurant staff even flat irons their hair behind the bar while serving you. Do not stay here, you will have a terrible time and there are so many better places across the street and down the road that’s completely night and day. Tanisha I hope you escape that place as they don’t deserve you.

Compared to the pictures on the hotels website, the hotel looked like a neglected version of itself. Upon arrival we had to get our sheets changed due to stains on them. The hot tub on our patio was dirty. On the walls it was patched up with puddy. The food in the cafe was pretty gross and tasted packaged. The gym was neglected and dirty. The bar at the pool was completely empty. They also force you to put down a 3000 TBH deposit in cash on arrival. I wouldn’t suggest staying here.

Very low standards. Had a rat running around in my room and didn't have any hot water for half a day. Definitely not a 5 star resort. Was so glad when I left that place. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I’d like to rate it at 1 in all honesty but I need to give the workers here the benefit of the doubt. The room is not clean. Check your sheets. The towels were questionable. The TV broken. The sink is terrible. AC works but is not temp regulated so it runs all night long. The sink has high pressure water with it splashing at you. There is no way to adjust it. Bath tub water comes out to be yellow. Knob in the bath tub broken. Shower was the only proper thing working. Jacuzzi is nasty. It just doesn’t get cleaned and who knows what goes in it. My stay was below average and this is supposed to be 5 star hotel. Sadly, it is not. FML, it was like staying in a single room hostel. Location is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone who would like to go to the beaches. Traffic is horrendous from the start and does not seem safe for anyone to be driving out of the resort. Cheers from an American who regularly travels.
