Perfect place while adventuring
This was the perfect place to stay while doing some hiking and adventuring up and around Payson. Had everything you could need plus a great coffee bar and hot chocolate bar plus snacks. We enjoyed the games and a lot of different options for streaming and even received some fresh baked cookies. Would 100% stay again and would recommend.

Christmas Tree Hunt
Th hostess offered lots of amenities, the most popular with the kids were the hot chocolate and snacks. I liked that she also called to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

All the touches, all the necessities, & plenty of extras
2 separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, hot full size shower, stacked kitchen, very clean, Keurig coffee station w/ variety of cups, excellent hiking snacks like granola bars, water & fresh apples. Oven had foil covered sheets which was perfect for my pizza - & pizza cutter (often overlooked). Kleenex, which is another nice plus but infrequently supplied. Paper towels, full size shampoo, conditioner, soap, ziplocs - everything to make your stay complete. Very friendly & responsive. Would definitely stay again.

All our party of 4 loved this place. Very cozy, clean, good location. We had everything we needed and more. The host was so thoughtful to provide a variety of complementary coffees, snacks, and soda. The beds very super comfortable. All of us got the best sleep of our life's there. Definitely recommend this place and definitely will try to book it for more stays.

An anniversary get away
Our stay was fabulous! The property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. The hosts were kind, quick to respond, and even dropped off surprise anniversary flowers for us the night of our stay! We can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10 from us!!

The house is very close to everything in Payson so it made our weekend very efficient. It was comfortable and cozy. There was a lot of noise from the people upstairs, but it was tolerable.

Enjoyed sitting on the patio! Very, very clean house! Home baked cookies were waiting for us, which was so sweet!! Appreciated the beverages and snacks that were available to us!! We would definitely recommend this, VRBO!!

Cute and clean place
We stayed for 3 nights with our 12 yr old grandson. The owner was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. The unit was clean and nicely decorated, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. We liked that is a ground-floor unit, although there is a little noise with upstairs tenants walking about. There is a transition step as you enter (which is well-lit) and another going into the bedroom area that we had to get used to. The location is convenient for getting around the Payson area. There really is no yard area, but a nice patio with a table & chairs.

Too good but TRUE Until I arrived I was concerned it might be too good to be true. I actually found things as good and even better than I thought, and the cost as low as I never thought possible. Try by yourself.

Really nice
I stayed with my 4 children. It is a really nice place and you can tell it's been well cared for. The driveway is really steep. There is a parking pad available at the bottom, but you still have to walk up the driveway after that. We have a 12 passenger extended van and it was able to fit in the parking pad. The neighborhood and area seemed really nice and it was nice and quiet.

We had a pleasant time. The hosts had everything you'd expect and more: coloring books, games and a few toys for the kids, and plenty of blankets and water bottles in the fridge. The kitchen was well supplied, even had smore stuff to use with the fire pit and wood. We'd be happy to come again

Lovely stay!
We had a very comfortable stay at this cozy rental while in town for a volleyball tournament. The home was impeccably clean and check in was seamless. The snacks (my 10 year old devoured), waters, and coffee station were lovely and appreciated touches. Many fun games, lots of towels, and very comfortable beds. We didn't cook in much but there looked to be a nice assortment of pots, pans, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Saw a big elk down the street one morning. Our only interaction with the owner was via email or message but she was very prompt to respond to our inquiries and extremely accommodating when we needed to alter our dates a bit. We would absolutely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and nicely decorated, with little touches like coffees, snacks provided. Quiet neighborhood and upstairs renters very quiet. Only con is the parking. Outside area around patio could be updated for seating instead of parking. Parking by mailbox is not ideal.

Very pleasant experience
Very nice renovation. Pleasing to the eye and very functional. All the needed items were supplied and nicely organized. The only minor negatives: a very steep drive way, and the patio did not have an open feeling. We would l not hesitate to return.
