The room was super dirty. The fire alarm was not in the room when I tried to call front desk The phone was not working. In the morning when we went to have breakfast there were two workers fighting, my children were very scared. breakfast was also bad. All in all a horrible experience

Hello Gregory, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

The picture display on the internet is different from in person. The room we stayed in the door didn't lock, the bathroom area ceiling had mold.The carpet in the hallway smells. On the plus side the bedding was clean and the bed was ok. Overall the property need maintenance.

The place is extremely old and bathroom door was in terrible condition. The cards for opening out room didn't work. We had to run a couple of time to the reception to solve the issue. Would not recommend.

There is damage to the room when we arrived there were a lot of people smoking outside and the smell was also in the hotel while there were signs that said that this hotel was a smoke free hotel.

I choose this Hotel for the location and offer breakfast, barely have any food and the coffee was like water, we have to go out and buy breakfast everyday.

The property is older, but the holes and the discoloration throughout this place is just disgusting. The amount of people hanging out and doing drugs, scared the mess out of myself and daughters!! There werent enough towels even when requested. There was instructions on how to administer narcan if someone overdosed plastered around! The tub was so nasty I made everyone wear their sandals while showering! The smell was beyond repulsive. Never again and nooooo I would NEVER recommend this place

I stayed for two nights because I work in Milton the shower looked like it had finger nail polish in it and the water didn’t get cold til 10 minutes later also there was a huge stain on the glass and right outside the pool kids were being loud all day. Breakfast didn’t start until 6 & ended at 9, I work at 2 am and am off at 9 I was really hoping on getting some complimentary breakfast. But any who I also wanted to get in the pool for a bit during down time and when I arrived they told me it was closed. I was upset in the inside and said okay. But when I got to my room there was kids screaming at the pool I could hear and see them they were just having fun but the associates came and one guy was yelling at the kids to get out and it was very rude just by hearing and seeing right from my window. It smelled like cigarettes in there even tho they say you can’t smoke in the room. It was a HOLE IN THE WALL RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY ROOM. I HAVE PTSD so my head went bonkers it was leaking water and it looked like it was around wires I sat in the car a while pondering and while I did it looked like some man was coming to look at it but I don’t think he did because until me and my girl tried to check out it was STILL LEAKING. Anything COULDVE HAPPENED. The side door stays swinging open to the point where when people leave out of it it’s just open sometimes AND THATS DANGEROUS I THOUGHT ABOUT MAKING SOME CONTENT ABOUT how horrible it is AND HONESTLY I STILL AM.

I apologize for the inconvenience of the pool and smell of smoke as we are smoke free but some guest violate unless we are aware nothing we can do until housekeeping goes in as far as the pool it was closed and the children inside were not guest and have been asked to stay from the hotel by staff and police the gate was locked and they jumped over if your ever in the area again give us another chance to make up for the bad expercie you had I will personally handle your reservation and room location ask for Jennifer

The room smelled musky. We removed the filter in the unit (it was black) and cleaned it in the shower. The shower didn't drain good. The floors were dirty. We had to pay a $100 refundable deposit upon arrival. As of a month later, we still have not received the deposit.

The halls were Dirty, the linens were dingy/yellowed, the parking lot was crowded with big trucks, only certain entrances to the buildings were open. The staff member that checked us out in the morning was very rude and made me feel that I was bothering him.

Advertised check in 11a.m -3p.m I arrived after 11:30 am and had to wait until almost 3p.m before the disrespectful lady at the counter would let me have my room. Room had not been swept, we had to do cleaning ourselves, toilet seat was disgusting and loose, tub was slow to drain and a/c smelled like mildew, we bought disinfect spray just in case. Will not be staying there again on our next visit. So bad considering the area .

The floor had not been cleaned, there was about a half inch gap in the window where bugs came in, and it may have been because of spring break but there was constantly yelling and unattended children running and screaming down the halls and outside the window. There was not an elevator. The hotel constantly smelled like marijuana. The TV screen had been damaged on the bottom (but still worked). The peep hole in the door had no glass, it was literally a hole in the door. The bed and bathroom was clean and the internet was fast, though. There was a new mini fridge and microwave that both worked.

There was no full breakfast, not even coffee. We passed a terrible noisy night. We called several times to complain about a very noisy child and tv and even went to the front desk to ask if we could be moved to another room, but the hotel was fully booked. The front desk person suggested for us to check out at 2:00 am rather than the other family making the noise. The person at the front desk who spoke to the room next door made it seem like we were the ones that were causing the inconvenience. We still had to pay for the room. It was not comped when we asked for a refund. The room itself was dirty and the towels were very old. Your money is better spent elsewhere Do not stay here!!!

The person at the check-in was very sweet and nice. The bed was very comfortable, but I’m not sure if the sheets were clean, they didn’t smell bad, but because of the way the hotel looks, makes us think that the sheets are not washed. The hotel needs repairs. It really needs an upgrade. I didn’t feel secure.

Whatever you do, avoid this property! The "security doors" don't latch and the room doors don't lock all the way. Pealing paint and disgusting bathtub/shower that was pealing the acrylic, making the tub dangerously slick. Avoid at all cost

The place smelled awful of stale smoke- even in my nonsmoking room. There was even a cigarette burn hole on my comforter. The building was very worn. Breakfast was not great- toast, bagels, cereal, and waffles. The juice machine was broken. Everyone shared one stick of hard as a rock butter. There was nothing else to put on the bagels or toast. The coffee was thick and gross. The front door to the hotel was very hard to open.

The young lady -Rebecca- who checked me in was possibly one of the worst ever. We stay in hotels 250-300 nights a year. So understand how bad she was

Winter visit
Seems they are in a remodel mode. Room is a bit shabby and the pool is closed. Seems to be in a bit of a shabby area due to the night moaning of some male person on the property. Unknown if just a bum, drug user or guest. More security might be a good idea. Improvement is needed.
