Grand Vineyard Estate Home

Increíble casa de viñedos con vistas al sendero KVR y al lago Okanagan. Vinos ecológicos, hortalizas y flores. Una piscina climatizada. Gas Fire Pit, ubicación cerca del centro, bodegas, restaurantes, centro de eventos, parque BMX, KVR, etc. Dos habitaciones privadas con baño, sala de estar, cama Queen extraíble para acomodar a 6. Cocina, zona de barbacoa, puede recoger verduras orgánicas de jardín. Un lugar perfecto para la familia, 5 acres de patio cercado. Entrada privada y espacio habitable. La piscina es área compartida con la familia. Tenemos mascotas En el invierno es perfecto para una escapada de invierno. Apex downhill y Nickel Plate esquí de fondo 30 minutos, pesca en el hielo en el lago Yellow, con muchas bodegas en la zona, excelentes restaurantes, etc.

El espacio. Hay muy pocos lugares tan bonitos como esta finca. Tendrás una increíble sala de estar y cocina que se abre a un hermoso patio y césped, rodeado de jardines de flores y viñedos. Un pequeño paseo a través de los jardines de flores lo lleva a una hermosa fogata de gas y luego a una piscina privada privada de 50 pies. Las vistas son impresionantes.

Everything was excellent!

Super helpful owner, great communications. Fabulous property-the property itself, the view, the amenities. Fully equipped kitchen, supplies and anything else we could have needed. Very clean. We would absolutely stay there in the future.

Great Long Weekend!

The host George was super nice and answered any questions we had during our stay. The house was clean and was perfect for my family. The pool was nice and kept very well. The hot tub was clean and just the right temperature. The location was perfect for wine touring our favorite vineyards. We would definitely stay there again.Thank you George and Family for a great weekend!

Beautiful Stay

My friends and I had a great weekend stay at this home, the views are beautiful and it's an excellent location close to the KVR and wineries. The pool was not available for us to use which was a surprise however the kind host gave us two bottles of wine to make up for it, and the hot tub was running well. Easy communication with the host. I would recommend staying here to family and friends! Thanks!

Very well cared for property

The rental suite is beautiful. It has a very nice outdoor dining area, and the hot tub is private. There is a well cared for yard and gardens all around. This is an exceptionally well cared for suite. Excellent location for visiting wineries on the Naramata bench. It is easy walking distance to 2-3 well known tasting rooms. FYI, the suite is on the lower level of the property. It's not a basement, it is the lower ground level. The property manager lives in the upstairs.

Penticton Perfection At The Grand Vineyard Estate

We were fortunate enough to stay at the Grand Vineyard Estate for four nights in September…Little did we know that choosing this place would make our visit to Okanagan valley such a one of a kind experience. The apartment is the separate/lower level of the larger home..Spacious, well appointed, stylish and clean. It faces Lake Okanagan, with a private driveway leading past fruit trees and flower gardens. At all times of day, you feel privileged to look on the world class view of lake, vineyards, and mountains. Truly, as much as we enjoyed all of our excursions, it was difficult to leave in the mornings..as no other spot around the lake seemed to top where we were staying! We were also blessed meeting George, the wonderful owner of the estate. We had a very warm greeting on arrival and a reluctant farewell when it was time to go. The rest of our stay felt very private, and we really enjoyed the architectural (and horticultural) masterpiece that George and his family have created on this property. George also recommended Pedego to rent electric bikes and ride the Railway Trail up the “bench” and look down upon the spectacular lake, wineries and homes of Penticton. This was a highlight of the trip, and the Abandoned Railway Brewery on the Trail is not to be missed! Many thanks to George and his wife for an unforgettable experience at the Grand Vineyard.

We highly recommend this property. The location is conveniently close to Penticton, great views, private and peaceful. The amenities were perfect! We loved the pool and hot tub. The Perfect Quiet and Private Getaway

The property speaks for itself. Quiet, private, and full of amenities (pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc). The owner, George, was especially fantastic and helpful, making our stay very comfortable and memorable. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Breathe taking views! Location to downtown and wineries and trails are perfect! Great and kind host. Very Grateful for George allowing my brother to have his therapy with him this one time! Was perfect retreat while our boys trained and did the Iron Man. We are all blessed and grateful 🙏

Sangria and Sunsets

Girls weekend for 6 ladies in their late 40s. The house is located 5 minutes from Lakeshore Drive on Okanagan Lake, and along Naramata bench with 40 wineries to choose from. George, the host, was so lovely and the home has everything. We spent most of our time either cooking in the outdoor kitchen and enjoying the sunsets, or lounging by the heated pool with an ice cold beverage. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again someday.

The listings says 3 bedrooms, it is not. It is not the entire place. It is a garden suite. Even though the listing says it is 3 bedrooms and the entire place. The owners live upstairs. Very misleading. VRBO has been contacted about these issues.

Great host Kids loved the pool. Beautiful place with hot tub and pool. Air conditioning was a bonus as well. Very clean and everything worked. We loved eating outside as well. Will be back for a full week next year. The host George was extremely accommodating!

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful stay on this beautiful property. My children loved running around the endless space in the yard. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The proximity to trails and vineyards was amazing. George was an excellent host. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!

Great location and property!

What a view! The location and pool are the icing on the cake for this property. My family loved it! Couple things that are not clear in the listing is that you don’t have access to the whole home, George and his family live upstairs. It didn’t take away from our stay, it was just a surprise to us. Also, the listing says 3 bedrooms. The rental has 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. We all slept fine, again it was just not what we expected. George is very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful and peaceful

We stayed for 5 nights. The location is stunning and the views, access to quite walks etc and yet only a 9min drive to Penticton city centre. George is very helpful and attentive to needs and made sure we were well informed about our stay. Just for those that may be querying the following. VRBO claim that all properties listed are fully rented out to you and this is not the case with this property as the owner and family do live above you and you do not have access to the entire house but only the walk-in basement suite, so you can expect to hear noises above you during your stay although we never found this to be a problem.

Perfect!

Beautiful property - as listed with an amazing view, heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen. The place is impeccably clean and everything in working order. Fantastic location, only a 5min drive from town and walking distance to lots of wineries and restaurants. When you stay here, you'll definitely want to leave a day free to hang around the house and take advantage of the property. We all loved staying here and hope to rebook for our next trip. Very comfortable accommodation

The accommodation is very nicely finished and furnished and also very comfortable. Great views from the patio. The kitchen stove is not inside but rather outdoors under the deck. This was no problem for us because the weather was great. However if staying in the winter, one would need to head outside to use the oven.
